There is no age limit. Candidate should be Indian Citizen and fulfill the below criteria: Candidate's parents must be permanent residents of Bihar. OR Candidate's Parents must be registered refugee in Bihar OR Candidate's Parents are residents of other state but are employees of Bihar Government OR Candidate's Parents are employees of the pre-reorganization Bihar Government whose team has not yet been divided and whose post is still transferrable to the state of Bihar/ Jharkhand OR Candidate's Parents are employees of Govt. of India posted in Bihar or in factories operated by Govt. of India situated in the state of Bihar or are employee of institutions OR Candidate's Parents are employees of the United Nations and are currently posted in Bihar.
