Dissatisfied because of no ground and fests.
Placements: Up to 80 percent of the students were placed. The highest package was 40 LPA last year. And the lowest will be around 2-3 LPA. Google, Microsoft, etc. Up to 80 got an internship in my course. Back-end development and front-end development are offered in my course students.
Infrastructure: Labs, Wi-Fi are not provided in our college but, a LAN is provided which works only for the college website. Classrooms are not that big and there are no air conditioners in the classrooms. The canteen is very small; at a time, seniors and juniors cannot fit in it.
Faculty: Teachers are not that much helpful. They don't have very much knowledge on the subject. The semester exams were not that much difficult if we study before the exam at least 1-2 before, not on exam day. The previous year questions will be repeated so we prepare from the previous year.
Other: I have taken CSD Course. There are no events and fests in our college. There is no connectivity between students in our college and also with the teachers. Just some clubs which are held few times a year. The government provides scholarships for the students who scored well in their entrance exam and also for some category people.

KMIT follows procedural way of learning.
Placements: In the last academic year, nearly 555 students were placed in esteemed companies like Amazon, TCS, Microsoft, Wipro, etc. The highest package is 44 LPA, and the average is 9.45 LPA. The lowest package is 3.9 LPA. Nearly 60 percent of students got internships from companies like Deloitte, TCS, Wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was good with all kinds of sophisticated equipment. Wi-Fi with college server is available to each and every classroom. The library consists of all sorts of books and daily, weekly, and monthly journals. Labs are also very well-equipped. Hostel is not provided by the college.
Faculty: The teachers of our college are qualified and very helpful. They are knowledgeable. And the curriculum of our college is very interesting and helpful to ready the students into the industry. The semester exams of our college are moderately tough, and the pass percentage is 90%.
Other: I have joined data science because of my passion. There are fewer events in our college.

Your college life will be boring.
Placements: I have been said that, the placements are excellent this college, and even heard and saw that it is real. The placement rate would be around 90-95%. Maximum package is 48lpa and mininum is 3 LPA. Companies like goldman sachs and many more visit here. Data scientist and software engineers are the main roles offered.
Infrastructure: The college doesn't provide hostel, ground is small, college is small, still you can have tennis court and basketball and volleyball courts, no Wi-Fi is available in college, and in canteen we can find so many varieties and even panipuri is available inside the college, the watchman allow before college time, even after a minute he do not allow.
Faculty: This college is fully meant for toppers, the exams are not so difficult and not so easy, the hardness rate would be 7.5/10, and from 1st day you will be taught c programming or any other languages, the teachers are friendly, attentive, knowledgeable.
Other: I chose data Science, because it may be the leading one in future like ai, there are no events or fests or anything, in a full year there are only 3 eves as said, and have not found any excitement, felt like waste of money, the college is small, sometimes think that if get any second chance I would don't definitely choose this college, there will be no enjoyment and so boring, you will find so many immatures students (acting like kids).

I am satisfied with faculty members but not satisfied with the campus.
Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed in different companies. The highest salary package offered abroad is 2.2 crores per annum in Indian rupees. The average salary package offered in our country is 47 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is nearly 5 LPA. A total of 16 students got placed with a salary package of 47 LPA.
Infrastructure: All facilities are average. The infrastructure of our college is not enough for engineering students. Classrooms are average and not up to the mark. The library is very good. It has many books. There is no hostel facility in our college, so non-local students can reside in nearby private hostels.
Faculty: All teachers are helpful to us in all aspects. They are very good in their respective subjects. The teaching quality is good. In the second year, the merit students can have projects in which they can learn daily in labs. It makes students industry-ready.
Other: Our college conducts 2-3 fests every year.

Great placements and good experience.
Placements: Great placement offers are provided. Our seniors settled with great packages, more than 70 percent of students got placed in big companies, few rejected the offer but later they got placed in big companies like Amazon. Internships are offered to students from the 3rd year.
Infrastructure: It's a very small college but has great infrastructure. It has Wi-Fi facilities all over the college, classes are equipped with projectors and lab facilities are good and regular lab sessions are taken along with exams. Library is small in size but not in the number of books. .
Faculty: There are well-experienced faculty and they have great knowledge to learn from. The classes are equipped with projectors, every class is a digital classroom, very small percentage of students fail in semester. Special focus is on those students and faculty has great teaching skills.
