Absolutely satisfied with the college.
Placements: 98 percent of the students got placed from my VLSI course. Top recruiting companies here are Infosys, TCS, and Samsung Electronics. The highest package is 50 LPA, and the average is 10 LPA. Around 60- 70 percent of students got internships in their desired domain based upon their academics and skills.
Infrastructure: We do have Wi-Fi, high-tech labs, and a huge library on every campus, consisting of a central library for everyone open 24/7. The quality of food in the hostel is satisfactory, the hygiene is maintained, but some students cannot find the desired taste.
Faculty: Teachers are very intelligent and helpful. They do make the students industry-ready by assisting them in various placement training. The semester exams are moderate level, and the passing grade ISC means approximately out of 100, you have to score 40 plus in the exam.
Other: I chose this course because I have a deep interest in semiconductor technologies. The labs needed to be a bit better for this course. Events and fests are one of the best here.

Strong placements, modern infrastructure, and good campus facilities.
Placements: Placement percentage is 90% to 93%. The highest package is 51 to 53 LPA, the average package is 7 to 9 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 to 4 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Accenture, Microsoft, Nvidia, PayPal, Wipro, Capgemini, Infosys. 40 - 60% students get internships.
Infrastructure: Hostels are well maintained with decent mess and canteen food along with proper medical facilities, sports complex. Our college has well maintained class room and campus-wide Wi-Fi. The central library is large air conditioned and provides access to e-books.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. Semester exams are hard, but our professor teaches so well that they are easy. Training programs for aptitude, communication skills, and placements are also conducted. Continuous internal assignments and practical work help students be ready for the exam.

It has good infrastructure and faculty members.
Placements: Placements are decent or very poor for boys, as big companies like nVidia, Google, etc., visit the college only for girls and not for boys. Here, boys get selected in companies like TCS, Wipro, etc. Recruiters who come here are very rude to students who come for the interview.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good. The library is good. Wi-Fi in hostels is very bad and has very poor coverage. I cannot even video call properly. The mess food is absolute trash, and the food even causes various diseases. The rest of the things are good, like medical facilities, sports, and games.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and very polite. They clear every doubt very nicely. The level of exams is good. To score well, we need good knowledge about the topics as the professors set a very high level of questions in the exam papers and other things.

Strong infrastructure and better campus life with average food quality.
Placements: Around 80% students were placed last year. The highest package was of 20 LPA and the lowest was of 3.5 LPA, and the average was around 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Deloitte, Bajaj India, Cognizant, etc. Around 75% students got internships in companies like Wipro, TCS, etc. Top roles were Web developer, system engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: We have 24/7 access to the library, and 24/7 Wi-Fi is also available. All the classrooms and Labs have AC. Hostel rooms are also available in hygienic and clean conditions. Food quality is average and depends up on hostels. Multiple courses and research Labs are available along with a mentor for guidance.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive and helpful. Many teachers have their IITs, NITs, etc. with good teaching skills. There are some exceptions, but overall they are all good. Curriculum is relevant, but students have to do some other work on their own. There are different societies available, with seniors and mentors always ready to help. Exams are moderately difficult. Pass percentage is around 85%.

Review of KIIT School of Electronics Engineering, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology.
Placements: The placement opportunities available at KIIT are at par with those of tier-1 and tier-2 colleges. A good number of companies come for recruitment. Similar to the top institutes like IITs and NITs, it always has diligent students with the right skill set who shine. The major difference is that here, to stand out, one needs to have an impressive resume to get that extra edge and get a job.
Infrastructure: It boasts modern infrastructure with supplementary resources. The library contains a diverse collection of books, novels, and journals. The canteen is spacious, offering a variety of food items in comfortable seating. A large number of students reside in the hostel, which is well-managed. The food provided is also satisfactory and meets basic quality standards.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. We need to be regular in classes. Almost all students pass through exams. The syllabus here is somewhat random dots, and we need to connect them to become industry-ready. Semester exams are at a good level, and we need to prepare well to pass the semester exams.

Most expensive college in Odisha.
Placements: Placement scenario is good for KIIT as compared to other private colleges. Median packages are around 5 LPA - 7 LPA. The highest package is around 30 LPA. Most students get placed in atleast one company. Mass recruiters such as Infosys, TCS, etc., are the biggest recruiters like all over India. CS, IT, and electronics graduates have slightly better luck at placements. You will get plenty of internship offers via the KIIT mail ID. But you would have to pay for them on your own.
Infrastructure: There are multiple options provided while looking for a hostel room. It can either be AC or non-AC. You can also choose how many roommates there are going to be. Common options are 2 sharing and triple sharing. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus with CCTV security. Classrooms are spacious and have air conditioning. Library is centralized AC and has all the books. There are swimming pool, multiple grounds, garden, stages, etc., on campus.
Faculty: Finished way quicker as compared to other colleges. Semester 1 ended in January, and semester 2 ended in May. The faculty-student ratio is better than in other colleges. Maximum is around 60 students in a class. Teacher quality varies but most are very willing to teach. Mostly of the faculty members are knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive. They use both traditional methods and modern teaching aids to explain concepts clearly. Few professors also encourage research.
