Good faculty and a great environment in Krishnath College, Murshidabad.
Placements: Krishnath College is one of the best colleges in Murshidabad. It has a career counseling cell and arranges campus drive programs. Last year, TCS, Wipro, and L&T hired students from this college. Approximately 60% of students got jobs through campus placements.
Infrastructure: Krishnath College offers a wide range of courses and has a medium-sized library. The science labs are very clean and provide good facilities for experiments. Wi-Fi is available in both the library and classrooms. There is a canteen where you can purchase snacks. The college has two large playgrounds for outdoor sports and also a basketball court beside the campus garden.
Faculty: Krishnath College has a decent faculty for every section. Exams are conducted bi-monthly, and their difficulty level is moderate. Most students pass the exams. The exam level helped me study from the basics and gain a good understanding of the subjects.
Other: I chose this college as it is the best in Murshidabad and I enjoyed my college days a lot. There is a college fest every year when renowned artists come to perform. Teaching and non-teaching staff are very helpful and understanding. I suggest you take admission to this college.

A dream college for Physics lovers.
Placements: Almost all students who got nearly 80%-90% in higher secondary examinations can apply for the course. They can easily get a chance in college. The highest package was like 5 lacs per annum while the lowest was 2 lacs. We can call packages offers are good. Many renowned companies offer internships for the course students.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are nicely decorated with good light and digital teaching systems. You can find old laboratory machines which were used in the British era. No lack of lab essentials you can see. There is also Wi-Fi which is usable for everyone. A central Library is on the first floor of the Physics building. Most of the books related to the course are available. The hostels in my opinion not so good but it is okay. There is a gym, a basketball ground, a badminton court, etc. For enjoying sports.
Faculty: A group of teachers, who teach well with passion. They are highly educated and their teaching style is really good. They try hard so students can absorb the concepts of Physics. Semester exams are based on papers. Some papers seem difficult some seem easy. You have to get 40% of the number to pass.
Other: I love the word Physics and it's a concept. It is not only a subject it's an emotion. The best thing about Physics is it is real life. An increment of teachers number can help us. The digital teaching system needs more improvement. A lot of functions and festivals are organized on the college campus which are enjoyable. We can apply for the SVMCM scholarship.

Better faculty can be provided. But I'm satisfied by those teachers and infrastructure of the labs.
Placements: I think 82% of students got their jobs after college. The highest package offered was 2 LPA, and the lowest was 1 LPA. Average package was at least 1.4 LPA. Most of the recruitment companies are from sericulture companies and pathology lab companies. At least 30% of the students got internships in some sericulture offices. I was offered an activation officer role in my course.
Infrastructure: There was a basic facility for the hostel and the departments. We got Wi-Fi (low on speed), the labs were good, and the library was also really good. Different types of books I got from there. In the hostel, the mess and canteen were average, but sports were good.
Faculty: Teachers teaching quality is really good. They are helpful during exams and very knowledgeable. I don't think this course is relevant, and the industry is not ready for now. Semester exams are difficult and average. The pass percentage was likely 92%.
Other: I chose the course for just knowledge and skills. The best thing was I was able to learn some lab skills from that course. The company facilities and on-desk facilities could be better. There were many events I've joined, like the freshers party. Connection with people and other students is a very good thing because people are well behaved. There is a scholarship program for intelligent but poor students. They have a gym and a ground where you can spend your time in some activities.

Satisfied with teachers. Really good infrastructure.
Placements: The college offers B.Sc., B.A., and B.Com degrees. There are no technical or professional courses, so don't expect placement. If you want to pursue a general course, you can take admission. There is no internship, but you can do an internship if you get one off-campus.
Infrastructure: Hostels are available for students. The professors of the department are very helpful. The lab is also good, and everything is available for practicals. Wi-Fi is also available. This college is historically famous as the great Surya Sen studied in this college.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good. The curriculum is the same as other colleges, focused on your course subject. As it is a general course college, it doesn't make you industry-ready. If you want to learn technical skills, you have to learn from yourself. If you want to be industry-ready, my suggestion is to take admission in a technical degree, not a general degree.
Other: I chose to study B.Sc. in Botany in this college because I was interested in Botany and I also wanted to continue my studies in the field of Botany. There are many events in the college. Also, excursions are included in our curriculum.

Our historic college is 170 years old.
Placements: In my college, I took admission only for the graduation degree. I am not looking for such placements from our college, but our college has a great reputation. But in our college there are many subjects to study and many things can be done in the future. Very good teachers teach here.
Infrastructure: Our college has separate hostel buildings for both boys and girls. There are very cheap accommodation options from the college, from renting out rooms or hostels to hostels. But the college hostel is very dirty and there are many jungles around, which are not taken care of by anyone.
Faculty: Our college is the oldest and most reputed college in our area. But the exam is well taken so that later the students do well. He studied in our college and became a scientist. Chandrayaan 3 Mission Scientist Tushar Kanti Das studied in our college.
Other: I chose botany because I am very interested in learning about plants. Also, I don't know exactly what to study after completing this degree.

I am dissatisfied with the infrastructure.
Placements: 50% of students get placed in my course. The highest salary offered is Rs. 50,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. The average salary offered in my course is Rs. 30,000 per month. Many top recruiting companies visit the college to hire students. The top role offered in my course is M.Sc. in Zoology. The percentage of students who got internships from my course is 40%.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available, but labs are very good. Classrooms are too old but not bad at all. The library is good. The quality of facilities in our hostel is average. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is average. Medical facilities, sports, and games are also average.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good. They are experienced. Semester exams are too difficult at this college. The pass percentage is 55%. The course curriculum is not relevant. They make students industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course because it's my favourite. No events or fests are organised here. Scholarships are average. Surroundings are good.
