  For admission to super specialty courses, the merit obtained by candidates in the NEET-SS examination will be the basis of selection. For MBBS admission, students also need to provide the provisional allotment letter issued by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and a photocopy of their Aadhar card (original to be shown for verification)

The NEET 2025 result is expected to be released in the first week of June 2025, within a month of conducting the exam. NTA does not announce the NEET result date in advance. Although last year the result date was stated to be declared on June 14, NTA released it 10 days in advance. Hence, there is no fixed date or schedule for NTA to declare the NEET result. Prior to the declaration of the result, NTA releases the final NEET answer key. Last year, NEET was conducted on May 5 and the result was declared June 4.
