Hostel accommodation is not compulsory at Lady Hardinge Medical College, University of Delhi. However, undergraduate students are initially provided with shared hostel accommodations. Hostel facilities are allotted based on merit and availability of seats. The hostel rooms are shared among students, with the number of roommates decreasing as students progress through their academic years. In the first year, students are allotted 3-seater rooms, and in the second and third years, they are allotted 2-seater rooms. During internships and the final year, single rooms are provided. If a student is not allotted a hostel room, they can consider staying in a nearby PG.
