Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) - Batch of 2025

A good hostel and easy exams would have been better.
Placements: Sorry to say this, but there is no placement cell in this college. There is a placement cell just in the name, you won’t get placed from it. You have to apply on your own if you want to get placed. The top role you can get offered is legal advisory.
Infrastructure: Let’s start with the facilities and infrastructure. The facilities and infrastructure provided by the college are great. You will get AC in the rooms, Wi-Fi, and a library full of books with lots of space to sit and read. The worst thing is that you will not get any hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is up to the mark. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready, while the semester exams are pretty tough but manageable, with 45 as the passing mark.

Law Centre 1 - Great teachers, no placement cell, tough exams, and solid learning.
Placements: The only drawback of studying at Law Centre 1 is that there is no active placement cell. To seek jobs, you have to network and do internships so that you can land a job when you finish your degree. The college students are working towards building a placement cell.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well. The classes happen in Umang Bhawan which is located near the Arts faculty and it is fairly a modern building. Classrooms are big and well-ventilated. The campus is surrounded by greenery. Library is well-stocked and is a good spot to spend time when you don't have any classes (read and gain knowledge). The college does not have its own hostel on its campus. There are various hostels that come under university of Delhi like Rajiv Gandhi Hostel for Girls, Gwyer Hall, Jubilee Hall, Mansarowar Hostel, and Meghdoot Hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members at LC1 are exceptional. They are not only well-qualified but famous for the way they teach and have notable achievements in their respective fields. The curriculum covers various lawns, aiming to equip students with the necessary skills. Semester exams are moderate to highly challenging. The pass mark is 45% for each subject. Achieving high marks is difficult here. The most excellent students score around 60-70 which is considered the highest.
Other: I chose this course because there is no other place better than Delhi to pursue law. Faculty members of law are the best when it comes to LL.B. The only drawback I feel is the inactive placement cell other than that the college is pretty good. The alumni base is very strong and wherever I have interned or attended any events. I have found people from our college and this definitely gives you a confidence boost. College has various societies like ADR society, moot court society, legal services society, cultural society, and sports society.

It is the best college for the LL.B. course.
Placements: Initially, when I had taken admission, there were no placements, or if provided, they were very few. In the 2nd year, it is very much improved due to our efforts because we made a placement cell that invites a number of companies to hire students. We should do internships but on our own. At least till the time I studied there, we had to search for internships on our own. Placements and job opportunities are decent. The college gets companies and firms to recruit students from the college.
Faculty: There are many good teachers with some exceptions. Some renowned teachers like Ved Kumari, Poonam Pradhan Saxena, Kamla Shankaran, Pannikar, etc., are adding advantage to the faculty members. Three years LL.B. course is divided into six semesters with five papers in each semester. There is no pressure as we get enough time between two papers. At the time of promotion to next semester, we must have cleared all the papers except 4. It means that if we have got back in 5 papers we cannot be promoted. For me, the course is quite tough and vast, but I really wanted it. I am trying my best to bring out the best of myself in this course. It is a professional course that will give the best outcome for an individual. We need many future good advocates and this institute is trying to bring the best.

The academic building is so good with proper AC and benches.
Placements: For internships, there are many companies like Aditya Birla, Oracle, Atlassian, Nvidia, etc. There are also students who got internships at Google with a good stipend. For core branches, there are also internship options. The placement scenario of the college is quite good, with the average package of ECE being 22 LPA, and in the previous year, it was 15.6 LPA with a 100% placement ratio. Other than placements, you can opt for M.Tech by giving the GATE exam or in PSUs by giving the GATE exam itself.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college building and the hostel part is quite good, with proper roads and cleanliness. There are also many clubs in the college, like LDS, SECE, etc., which are very active. Also, there are supportive seniors who interact with students and guide them. So, the college experience is nice.
Faculty: The faculty members here are good and also supportive, like Sir Akhilesh in Computer Science, Anushree Dutta Mam in Material Science, and many more. The marking scheme here is CGPA. Exams are mostly moderate to difficult level. Only a few students are not able to clear the exams, like 2 or 3 students from each branch.

Things I liked is teachers are talented and supportive, they give time to learning.
Placements: We have a placement cell in the Pacific School of Engineering. Final and pre-final year students are eligible for the placement cell. Many companies come under this cell, and students apply to the companies of their choice. The package depends on the skills of the student, what kind of student he is, and what skills he has that can be useful for the company. The package will be between 5 lacs to 2 lacs or even less than that, I cannot tell you exactly. And most of the students get placed.
Infrastructure: The campus was good; everywhere was nice with a lovely environment, garden, and playground. People can play, and students can enjoy themselves in the playground, which is too big. Yes, social and official groups were there in CSMU, official and every post there about the college on Instagram, do check. The library was there, the gym was not, and the cafeteria was good. The hostel was not cheap in price. Hangouts, I don’t think so because the whole area was on the toll naka side, so there was not any hangout, and if there is, I don’t know about it.
Faculty: There is one gym in the campus area and a library on campus. Some students, who are living in the college hostel, are joining the gym for better health, and some of them are choosing the library for study, and they are very good. The faculty and the 1st-year HOD of B.Tech CSE were good. One teacher of CSMU in the workshop, that guy was creepy. Fees are high; we have to need benefits, but that's not there. The staff was polite but not helpful every time.
