I suggest students avoid this college for a better campus life.
Placements: More than half students get placed in our college, with top recruiting companies like IBM, TCS, UST, and Infosys offering roles such as software developer and technical-related positions. This year, the highest package offered is 12.62LPA by the Amadeus company, and the lowest package ranges from 3-4 LPA. The average package ranges from 5-6 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college provides comprehensive facilities for students, including Wi-Fi access across the campus. Each department has well-equipped labs, although some systems may be non-functional at times. The library is stocked with a vast collection of books, allowing students to borrow relevant texts for their courses. Regarding hostel facilities, the food quality is above average. Hostelers have access to Wi-Fi for academic purposes, and systems are available for studying. Printers are also provided for their needs.
Faculty: Many teachers are well-educated, but there are a few who don't know how to teach us. Very few teachers are friendly with students, while others are not friendly at all and are strict. Since our institute is under KTU, semester exams are conducted according to the KTU calendar. The pass percentage in our college is very high. In 2024, our college ranked 4th in KTU B.Tech results.
Other: The college campus is too small, and there is no hangout place for chilling. Campus life depends on students and how they manage to conduct it. We have Prayaag as our technical fest and Yagna Dhruva as our cultural fest. We also have Yavanika as our intra-college fest.

Faculty members are good, but less placements are totally good.
Placements: Less people in civil batch are placed in our college. Less amount of companies are in our college. We got internships in government office. Many of them got internships. Courses are good but I think 2024 scheme is better than our scheme. Totally good roles are played.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of course is very fantastic. Classroom has projectors. Canteen is very good, they provide nice food for all. It is in very good condition. Sports are provided. Medical facilities are less compared to other colleges. Labs are not good and are not maintained well.
Faculty: Faculty members are mostly good. Exams are conducted by KTU. All are good going. Faculty members are mostly friendly. Teachers are not helping. Exams are very tough in our college. Teachers are mostly qualified. Teaching quality is poor. College has good pass percentage.

LBS – they say empowerment, but it’s not really true.
Placements: Considering the last three years, the placements have gradually decreased, mainly in the IT field. Companies like Infosys, IBM, Tata Elxsi, Allianz, etc., have visited our campus. The companies mainly focus on students in the IT field, which makes it tougher for civil students. The CGPU has been having sessions where we are trained for our placements; this has been active only since this year.
Infrastructure: College has a small campus which is within a 5-acre plot, including the hostel. The college has a sufficient number of classrooms as of now, but I don’t think they can manage if more branches are introduced to the college. The college hostel has new blocks, but the old block remains the same without much maintenance. The curfew of the hostel is 7 pm, which is very appropriate.
Faculty: Faculty members are pretty good, but only a few of them. The major reason is that faculty members are given subjects that are not in their domain, which makes it difficult for both the faculty and the students. The university exams are pretty tough to crack, but repeated previous year questions can help us. The syllabus is of no use when we consider the jobs that we will be working on. If you are on this campus, we can’t fully rely on the faculty and syllabus, we’ve got to work out our way.
Other: I don’t think it is value for money, as the total expenses for a merit student are around 3 LPA, and the hostel rent and mess bill together are below 6000 per month. According to the system, the crowd is too small for the college, and the campus life is poor. They don’t really permit campus life. The campus is only accessible to students until 5 pm, while hostellers can use it until 9 pm. It’s a pretty bad situation for day scholars.

The facilities are pretty good.
Placements: The placements are comparatively good compared to other colleges. About 70-80% of the students get placed each year. Infosys, IBM, Quantiphi, Cognizant, Accenture, etc visit the college for placements. The highest package till now is 12 LPA. Most of the passouts get placed, rather than on internships. The placement cell is also taking measures to boost students' skills now for better placement.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are okay with lighting. The lab facilities are also good. Enough resources are available for students. The lab is provided with a network, but the real struggle is the poor mobile network. The hostel food is good. The library is quite large. It provides plenty of resources and space for students. Students can refer to the books in a quiet atmosphere. The books that are mentioned on the syllabus for reference are mostly available in the library. The college has a canteen, a store, and a juice bar. Overall, it's good.
Faculty: Faculty members are quite good. They are willing to help with the doubts. Some of them are really friendly and easily approachable but some are quite the opposite. There are 2 series exams conducted before the semester exams which helps to get the idea of how the questions will be in semester exams.
Other: The college has a lot of clubs and activities. If you're ready to reach out, explore, and connect, you'll experience a lot of things. Last year the college conducted more events compared to this year. The connectivity will be based on how you reach out.

Good teaching method and all facilities are available.
Placements: The highest package is about 6 LPA and the lowest is about 2 LPA-3 LPA. Infosys, USB Global, Nokia, etc., are the main companies who come for placement about minimum. Backed developer, front-end developer, full stack developer, python developer, etc., are the main roles offered.
Infrastructure: College have different classrooms for students each year and different courses. Lifts are available. Different sets of computer labs and department library and the main library are also present. There is a canteen and store available inside the college. Different clubs are also present.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful with studies, projects, and doubts. They are well qualified and knowledgeable with good teaching quality. The semester exams depend on each year, some exams are easy while some are hard. The pass percentage is about 91%.

College has basic infrastructure and outdated teaching methods, but the faculty are supportive.
Placements: Around 60-70% of eligible students in our college get placed every year. Many well-known companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, and EY visit our campus regularly. For my course, roles like software developer, analyst, and testing engineer are most common. The average package is decent, but a few companies offer high packages. Internship opportunities are also available through the placement cell, mainly with companies like Quest Global and Tata Elxsi.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite basic. While we do have Wi-Fi, classrooms, and labs, the maintenance and availability of resources are often lacking. The hostel facilities are average. I feel there's not much focus on sports or recreational activities. More attention is needed to improve student comfort and experience.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and supportive, but the way of teaching is not proper. The classes are mainly focused on theory and are harder to follow; most students get bored during the classes. The curriculum is not fully updated with the latest information regarding industries, so we have to depend on online sources and self-study to learn more. The semester exams are fine, but I have faced difficulties in fulfilling the answers according to the given questions.
