LPU Admission Office PhD Courses & Fees 2026: Eligibility, Admission & Dates

The admission cycle starts for PhD admission between October and November. Find below the steps to get admission to PhD programme:

Step 1: LPU PhD Application Process 2026

LPU PhD admission to all the above-mentioned specialisations is done through online mode. Candidates, fulfilling the eligibility criteria, need to apply online through the admission portal of the university. The exam fee for LPUNEST (soft copy of LPUNEST KIT) is INR 1,000 for males and INR 500 for females. The printed LPUNEST Kit is INR 1,500 for boys and INR 1,000 for girls. Check below the steps to apply for LPU admission:

Step 1.1: Visit the official website of LPU, https://www.lpu.in/, and click on the ' Apply Now' tab at the top of the web page.

Step 1.2: Register on the official admission portal of LPU i.e. LPUADMIT (admission.lpu.in) with basic details such as name, email-id, mobile no., state, gender and password). The email id used during registration will act as the username for the portal and the password needs to be set by the candidate while registering. Candidates can continue to apply for LPUNEST (for scholarship purposes).

Step 1.3: Upload the requisite documents.

Step 1.4: Pay the application fee and hit the submit button to complete the application process.

• Recent photograph
• Mark sheet and passing certificates of Class 10, Class 12 and graduation
• Qualifying exam certificate/ mark sheet
