c). Students in the CAT1, 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B categories who are SC/ST: must have received a qualifying exam score of at least 40% overall. KCET must have been passed. d). Lateral Entry for BE: CET Application Procedure: Must have earned at least 45% in the final year test (fifth and sixth semesters) in the relevant discipline of engineering, or have passed the Diploma or an examination recognised by the university as being comparable. Students from Karnataka who are SC/ST and OBC must earn a minimum of 40% in order to be eligible.

e). Applicants must have passed the Diploma Karnataka Common Entrance Test (DCET), which was administered by the Karnataka government.
