It's a top college for BCA with good placements.
Placements: About 40-50 percent of students got placed. Companies like Accenture, Deloitte, PlanetSpark, and DE Shaw visit the college. The average package offered is 3.4 LPA, and the maximum package is 24 LPA. Usually, the highest-paying companies hire only one student. Companies like SAP and Wipro also come for placements and provide integrated placements + masters.
Infrastructure: Labs are good, especially the ones made in the law and MBA block. Hostels are also fine, and there is a book bank and library as well, with all the latest books. Washrooms in the old buildings are not that good, but in the new buildings they are fine. AC is not installed in old buildings, but there are centralised ones in the new building.
Faculty: Teachers are great. They provide all notes required to study for exams. We can basically contact them any time. They are always ready to help us. Especially the second shift, BCA faculty members are very supportive. I never really had to issue a book from the library to study because the notes given by them are more than enough.
Other: College fest is not that great, as the college doesn't usually support this culture. It does not support extracurricular activities like music and dance. We will not see any music room or common rooms for such activities.

Our college has good and qualified teachers.
Placements: The placement cell of our college has been quite successful. Companies offer the highest salary package. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. Almost 95% of students got placed in all courses.
Infrastructure: Our university is designed to provide a supportive, inclusive and stimulating environment for students to learn, grow and thrive. Our classrooms are spacious and well-equipped. The campus life is very vibrant and good. The library, sports, and labs have a great space.
Faculty: This institute comprises of experience and qualified teachers with advanced degrees. The curriculum has relevant and up-to-date programs aligned with industry and trends. There are proper semester exams, including internal and external assessments. There are other academic support services, including tutoring, mentoring, and studies skills workshops.

The scope of improvement exists and is otherwise satisfactory.
Placements: There are a lot of placement and internship opportunities that are posted and students are timely and personally informed regarding the same. There are different roles being offered, although competition can be tough and students are advised to be active and upskill themselves.
Infrastructure: The campus is not air-conditioned and can be a problem in summer and the infrastructure has scope for improvement. Otherwise, classrooms are full-size and ventilated. The central library is available for all students. The canteen is also okay. However, the schedule can be hectic sometimes.
Faculty: The faculty is helpful and understanding but don't entirely depend on college; focus on improving your skills on your own and building a strong resume. Be an active student and enough time is provided for preparation and enough material is provided by the teachers for the same.

Average placements and infrastructure, good curriculum and activities.
Placements: As a first-year student, I do not know much about the placement here but looking at the records and from what the seniors have told me, the placement on campus is decently average. You can expect about 3 LPA on average and a maximum of 5 LPA; for higher packages, you have to go off campus. They do provide an internship program; however, you can get most internships outside of the programme. The roles are varied, and it's totally up to the students to pick the one that fits their niche.
Infrastructure: The campus is recent. Its not too bad neither the best, the Wi-Fi availability is definitely helpful and the library is full of available books and Wi-Fi with a quiet place as well. However, there is no air conditioning in the classes, only in the labs. The bathrooms are also a bit underwhelming. quality of food available is good in the mess and the canteen is a bit overpriced for very average or even below-average food. I would definitely prefer the shops and cafes outside and near the campus. Availability of sport equipments can be a hassle but the ground is big enough to play sports like cricket, football, etc. There is also a group of societies that keep you updated for upcoming events related to sports in the college.
Faculty: Controversial topic but some teachers are really helpful and knowledgeable but some are not. I would say the faculty is split in terms of one of the best teachers you'll ever find and one of the worst. Most teachers are quite strict in the first year but will get lenient afterwards. They do hold PTMs as well, and the attendance system is quite strict too. The curriculum for BCA, especially, is very relevant, in my opinion. The subjects are very well justified and definitely worth the money; you can learn them deeply and actually get hired by a good company.
Other: The curriculum has to be the best part; it is very up-to-date and you can learn a lot to become an expert in whatever field of computer applications you choose. The availability of ACs is very necessary and the only thing that can be applied but the ACs inside labs are good. Events are also pretty good; they hold many events in college, thanks to the various societies and the college festivals are also very interesting and joyful. The campus is not that massive, so don't expect some big concerts like IIT Delhi but this college definitely tries it's best to make the best festivals.

Great for academics but only above average for campus and college life.
Placements: 70% of the students get placed; not everyone sits for the placement round, as some wish to pursue higher education. SAP Labs and Coding Ninja are among the top recruiters, with 14 LPA being the highest package and 3 LPA being the lowest package, with an average of 4-5 LPA. The top tech roles are full-stack development, software developer and testing engineering, along with a few non-technical roles. A lot of students apply for internships at companies like Codesoft and Prodigy Infotech.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college might give you vintage vibes at first but it is just old. The classrooms don't have ACs, and Wi-Fi is only available in the labs. library is a little outdated; although it does have new copies, they are mostly issued by the students. I haven't heard anything good about the hostel so far; it is very mediocre .
Faculty: Evening shift teachers are really helpful and actually teach well. Few are Ph.D. scholars, while some are pursuing their Ph.D. The course curriculum also encompasses all the subjects a BCA student should be studying. Semester exams are only difficult if you do not study anything the whole semester.
Other: Academics are great, therefore MSI is the best college of IPU for BCA but the campus and infrastructure are only above average. There are many societies in college that keep hosting different events but they do not get support from the college. The college is strict regarding the 75% attendance criteria. The college is within walking distance of both the metro station and the bus stand. It also has a variety of cafes and markets nearby.
