MBITS: My perspective and thoughts.

Placements: MBITS offers a strong placement cell that works towards providing better opportunities for its students and bridging the gap between prospective employers and candidates. The highest package provided here is 48 LPA. Amazon, Wipro, and Infosys are the major recruiters that provide job opportunities in MBITS.

Infrastructure: MBITS has both men's and ladies' hostels inside the campus surroundings of around 300 students for various places are accommodated with attached and non-attached bathrooms with Wi-Fi connectivity and other facilities. The food is provided to the students from the college canteen to both hostels. They provide a drinking water facility inside the hostel. The hostel has a spacious study hall for students.

Faculty: MBITS is a decent campus with the importance of academically, with well-educated faculty members and campus placements. They also provide cultural and teaching activities like art festivals and other extracurricular activities.

My review and thoughts on MBITS.

Placements: At MBITS, we had a great record in placements in the past few years. The placement cell works towards providing better opportunities for students. The highest package offered was 49 LPA. About 80% of students without arrears have been placed in this college. Amazon, Wipro, and Cognizant are the major companies that visit our campus for recruitment.

Infrastructure: Our hostel facilities are quite good in MBITS. Both ladies' and men's hostels are situated inside the campus, and more than 300 students have been accompanied in total. There are Wi-Fi facilities, cool water facilities, a very vast area for dining, study halls, etc.

Faculty: We have a proper structure for examinations. Students are regularly assessed and improved with the help of the faculty members and parents. MBITS is also the center for the main competitive exams like CAT, JEE, and NEET examinations. Results are analysed in department meetings.

Other: I am studying in the 2022-2026 batch in the computer science course. I am having quite a good experience. The campus, hostel, and environment are quite okay for me. The college provides several activities on various occasions like arts fest, tech fest, etc.

It is an average college with good infrastructure.

Placements: The college is fantastic and marvelous in placements. Our college has a good placement officer. Many companies visit our college, but only a few students get placed due to low skills. Placements are good. Companies' expectations can't meet students, so placements are less. It is very difficult to get placements.

Infrastructure: Our college is very beautiful and has large infrastructure with many buildings. The college has a cafeteria and a good canteen. There is a basketball court and a volleyball ball court. A big ground for football and cricket is available. Wi-Fi is poor. The library is good. The hostel is poor. Facilities are average.

Faculty: Faculty members are kind and good to everyone. They are strict also. Every teacher teaches very well. They have a lot of knowledge. Many of them are well-qualified. Exams are very tough and students need to study a lot to pass. Faculty members help to study, so it is not a problem.

Other: It is an average college to join. The fee structure is less compared to other colleges.

The hostels offer Wi-Fi connectivity and purified water. There is also a spacious dining facility and a visitors’ room for both men’s and ladies’ hostels.

Faculty: We have a well-structured exam system with regular assessment and evaluation. Our institution is an approved institution for various national-level examinations like JEE, GATE, NEET, etc. Exam results are assessed at the department level to identify areas for development.

Other: Our college is a reputed college in Kerala, known for strong academic programs and research opportunities. Placements: The placement starts from the 3rd year, and the students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester onwards. The Top recruiters are TCS, Wipro, Infosys Technologies, etc. Overall, MBITS has a strong placement record, and the students are very active.

Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are pretty good. The rooms are perfectly fit for 4 persons, each with attached and non-attached bathroom facilities. They provide Wi-Fi facilities and a study hall on each floor. Food is very good than earlier. The food is prepared in the canteen.

Faculty: The faculty members at MBITS are highly qualified and experienced, with many holding advanced degrees from reputed institutions. The curriculum is relevant as per the latest trends. They have a well-structured examination system with regular assessment and evaluation.

Other: I chose MBITS because it is one of the reputed colleges with NBA and NAAC accreditation. Events like Arts Day and Tech are the major attractions of MBITS.

The quality of this college is above average.

Placements: Top recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, etc. This college starts placement program training from the second year onwards. So if we don't have any backlogs it is sure that we will get a job right after college. Starting packages are mostly average ranging from 2 LPA to 3 LPA. But after some time and experience, we will get more.

Infrastructure: The course has great infrastructure. They have NBA accreditation right now for CSE and ECE departments. Labs and classrooms are great and tidy. But this college lacks college life. There are not much programs in this college. They are mainly focusing only on studies. If we are okay with less college life and programs then this is a great college. Wi-Fi has good speed but it's limited to 2 GB per day weather we are in hostel or college.

Faculty: Faculty members are great. They try their best to teach students and they would even conduct extra classes for below-average students during internal exams. If we are only focusing on our studies, this is the best college for us.
