To be eligible for MDS at Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, a candidate must have completed BDS awarded by a University or Institute in India and registered with the State Dental Council and has obtained provisional or permanent registration and must have qualified NEET MDS. Maulana Azad Institute offers MBBS course based on NEET scores. It had released the Round 2 cutoffs across various AI and Home State categories. The cutoffs are subject to change based on a variety of factors, including the number of applicants, degree of difficulty, the question paper and goodwill of the institute, influence the cutoffs. 1. Total number of seats available: The cutoff primarily depends on the total number of seats available in medical colleges across the country for that particular year. If the seats are less, there are chances of lower cutoff ranks.
2. Number of candidates appearing for the exam: The larger the number of candidates appearing for NEET, the higher the competition and the higher the cutoff scores. If the pool of students seeking admission are more for any institute then, it might affect its cutoff ranks to decrease in future.
3. Difficulty level of the question paper: If the question paper is perceived to be difficult in a given year, the cutoff scores tend to be lower to account for the tougher exam. Conversely, an easier paper may result in lower cutoff ranks and Vise Versa.

The NEET 2025 result is expected to be released in the first week of June 2025, within a month of conducting the exam. NTA does not announce the NEET result date in advance. Although last year the result date was stated to be declared on June 14, NTA released it 10 days in advance. Hence, there is no fixed date or schedule for NTA to declare the NEET result. Prior to the declaration of the result, NTA releases the final NEET answer key. Last year, NEET was conducted on May 5 and the result was declared June 4.
