I am highly satisfied with this college.
Placements: There are no top companies that visit our college for recruitment. Internships are also not offered in our course, and there are no decent salary packages. This college is not developed, so companies are not interested in placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not big. It has different sectors for every subject. It also has laboratories for chemistry and biology. A computer lab is available for IT students, and it is very spacious. The hostel facilities are good. The food quality is better. They provide meals three times a day.
Faculty: Our teachers are well-educated and qualified. They all have master's degrees. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are conducted by Himachal Pradesh University. Exams have a high level of difficulty. The pass percentage is 90%.
Other: I wanted to become a software engineer, so I chose this course.

Good for the beginners to start their college life.
Placements: Almost 50 to 60% of the students get placement as beginners in small to large companies. Companies visit here to offer internships. Placement packages range from 3-8 LPA. Top recruiters are Jio, Airtel, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is well and good. The campus has Wi-Fi and CCTV coverage for security. There is a lab for each and every subject. Classrooms are well furnished and they have good strength of students. The library has all the books which are relevant to the course. Medical and sports facilities are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are good and they have vast knowledge & experience about their subjects, which make the students industry ready. It helps in making the future of students bright. Semester exams are easy to pass. One should have deep knowledge about the topics.

It is a very good college.
Placements: About 30-40% of students are placed. The highest package is 5 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Godrej, Bajaj, and many more. Around 20-30% of students get internships, mostly in Godrej. The top roles offered are computer work and handling online work.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi connections are available throughout labs, and every computer has high-speed internet. There are two labs, one with AC and one without. The infrastructure is really very good. A big library hall is also present, and the quality of food in the hostel and canteen is really good. Sports facilities, including basketball and cricket, are available, and the medical facilities are also very good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and the teaching quality is also very good. Both practical work and theory sessions are included. The semester exams are a little hard in this course. It also make students to be industry-ready. The minimum passing percentage for exams is 60%.
Other: To work in a company for a better life, study hard so that more improvement can happen. Events, extracurricular activities, and annual functions are also organized.

There were no good opportunities for placements for a Bachelor's degree in 2024.
Placements: There were not many placements from our college, and not many companies arrived there. Only a few companies came, and there were not many opportunities for bachelor's students. Masters degree or post-graduation students have more chances of placement. Do not expect to get placed here. Last year, a company named Teleperformance came for the campus placement drive, which was a BPO company. They had no relation with IT.
Infrastructure: The boys hostel infrastructure was not as great as you would love, but it was not even that bad. It was good and affordable. The people and warden were nice, and it was a good experience. You wouldn’t get the feeling of any 5-star hotel. It didn’t have private rooms for yourself, but you could get one if you were a Master’s student.
Faculty: Faculty was good. If you wanted to learn anything, then it was good to take admission in this college. You got to learn so much there, and everyone was friendly. Faculty was focused on exams and their preparation, but I recommended studying something different from YouTube, which was more advanced and relevant to today's world, as the syllabus HPU followed was very old.
Other: The college or course which I chose was value for money. I got the degree and I was happy. It didn’t require much effort or money. It was an easy course, but I needed to study some advanced technologies myself because the syllabus was very old.
