Everything about my dream college where I enjoy my studies.
Placements: I am in my 2nd year at Mahendra Engineering College. In my course, there are a lot of opportunities to get jobs in core related companies. The highest salary offered was 12 lace per annum, and the lowest was 3.5 lacs with an average package being above 6.5 lacs. Testing engineer’s role is offered by many companies. More than 35% students got internships in my course.
Infrastructure: My department’s infrastructure is very nice accommodating as many as 170 students. The departmental labs are very user friendly. The classrooms are heavenly. Hostels are clean and neat. The food provided is very tasty and we have the biggest canteen.
Faculty: I like my professors a lot as they teach very nicely and make concepts easy to understand. They are the best teachers I’ve had in my life. For this curriculum, I had good knowledge of the topics along with innovative project ideas. I was not good with my semester exams because of tough question papers being made. The passing percentage is almost 75%.
Other: I like this course a lot. This is the best department of my college. The events in my college are not worthy, they are not great and are very simple.

Mahendra Engineering College will provide good learning and infrastructure.
Placements: I am studying electronics and communication engineering in my college. The placement training will be going on but 2 members only got an internship and the average salary was 2.4 LPA and a maximum 6 LPA in my college so they will be provided with placement training in my college .
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Mahendra Engineering College will be good. And the hostel and mess are also available in my college and the hostel is also in good condition in separate blocks in separate years. The food will not be bad in my college lab facility, and facilities will be provided for good learning .
Faculty: The Mahendra Engineering College faculty members have good learning experience and most of them have completed Ph.D.s, so they will be teaching and learning very well. They will provide notes for students during the exam and send the pdf file in short to help me .
Other: The Mahendra Engineering College will be provided with a scholarship, extracurricular activities and internships, but no fest will be conducted .

It has good infrastracture and placements, but the fee is high and faculty members are not good.
Placements: More than 60% of students are placed in our course. The highest salary package offered in this course is 8.7 LPA, the average is 4.3 LPA, and the lowest is 2.7 LPA. TCS is one of the top recruiting companies. Over 75% of students in ECE received internships at Pure Technology Pvt Ltd., ISRO, All India Radio, and Bharath Electronics Limited. The top role offered in our course is electronic design engineer.
Infrastructure: They provide all facilities in the laboratory. There is no problem, but Wi-Fi is not available. Classrooms are also fine. The library has more books, but they do not give permission to take more books out than a certain period of time. There are hostels, but the hostel fee is very high. The food served in the canteen and mess is not good. There are no hospitals in the college. If something happens, they take care of them and get into the hospital. They don't think about sports, and they are not particularly interested in sports. If we need to play sports, we want to stay after college hours.
Faculty: Many teachers are knowledgeable and good. Some teachers have some issues. The teaching quality is good. Our course curriculum is relevant. It is good to make students ready for the industry. It is not more difficult to get a pass mark in exams. It is an autonomous college, but getting more than 70% is difficult. 50% is the pass percentage.
Other: I chose this course because of my family. They told me to take this course. There are more opportunities to get a job. It would be good if they gave more activities and projects to develop for this course. There are not many events and festivals. They only do something on Saturday, and they are not allowed to miss any class time for practice. They give scholarships to all students every year. They give permission for extracurricular activities and they help to conduct them.

Really good infrastructure and placements.
Placements: 30% of the students are getting 100 percent placements, remaining students get placed based on their performances. The highest package is 10LPA. Average package is 5LPA. The lowest package is 3.12LPA. Top companies come here for recruitment. The Top roles are in the IT and core sector.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very peaceful and it makes everythingeasy to learn. There is an ATM, stationary shop, Xerox shop inside the campus. A food court is present for day scholars. There are separate messes for the hostel students.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and they make us understand the concepts. They teach us new things, out of the syllabus. This course is curriculum relevant. The college makes students industrial engineers. It is quite difficult to clear the examinations. Pass percentage is about 70%.
Other: I chose this course because in this course, we can learn two sides of engineering. One is core side and another one is IT (communication). There is no cultural programmes in this college.

I have acquired good knowledge but dissatisfied with placements, especially with placements of ECE.
Placements: I am a student of 2021 passed out batch of B.E degree in the stream of electronics and communication engineering. Nearly 40% of the students have been placed from our course, and still, companies are visiting the campus. The highest salary package offered in our ECE course is 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 2.4 LPA. About 30% of the students got internships in various companies like Hexaware, DXC Technologies, etc. Graduate engineering trainee is the top role offered here.
Infrastructure: The hostel is awesome here and has Wi-Fi. Classrooms are provided, along with labs and a digital library also. The quality of the food served here is good, and there is a huge canteen. Students of our college will be in top position in sports in zonal. The medical facility is average. Our college location is somewhat far from good hospitals. The hostel always has a clean and nice environment to stay and study well.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good but not exceptional here. The course curriculum is not up to the mark and bad for students to get ready for companies. So, we informed our committee director that the course curriculum is not much relevant. Now our COE cell changed it for our juniors, i.e., for the 2017-2023 batch.
Other: Our college is mainly good for ECE, but placements are good for CSE students. However, I like electronics more, so I have chosen ECE. I think labs should be some more better. All activities conducted here are up to the mark.
