My review of this college.
Placements: Placements are provided to the students by the college. There are a large number of MNC firms that visit for internships, and many more are interested. The college and the firms have a good bond with the students, and the students too are aware of the requirements, as there is a separate placement cell in the college that looks after placement-related work. Recruiting companies are Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Deloitte, HDFC, ICICI, Infosys, etc. The average package is 3 LPA. The highest package is 25 LPA - 38 LPA depending on your knowledge.
Infrastructure: My hostel is very good. There are nice facilities and the food is also very good and hygienic. There is a registration form for the hostel. The hostel charges are affordable so that everyone can pay then you can leave here and hostel is well secured.
Faculty: The quality of faculty is as good as an experienced player in every field. They make us attentive before taking any steps. Apart from that, they are very helpful regarding our project and exam time. We never felt any hurdles during college life with their blessings. They never treat us as teacher-student relations, but they are more like friends to us. The semester examination system is followed where we have end-semester exams and mid-semester exams also. There are marks on assignments and attendance as well and the exam level is moderate. Course structure is very good and includes a lot of different types of research. The course curriculum is updated from time to time according to the current scenario and is structured in a structured manner that helps us a lot. The course curriculum helped me a lot to sharpen my entrepreneurial skills.

Teaching and the infrastructure are too good.
Placements: We are basically placed on an internship itself, where our seniors were placed in reputable companies with better salary packages. The highest package offered is 10 LPA, the lowest is 4 LPA. The companies where they were placed are Motion Robotics, Sundaram Finance, etc. We have better placement opportunities and training sessions.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are spacious, clean and well ventilated. They are equipped with projectors and smartboards for better learning. Better Wi-Fi is available. Computer labs are available with the necessary systems and software. The library has a good collection of books, reference books and journals, providing a silent, comfortable space to study. Overall, infrastructure is excellent.
Faculty: All teachers are approachable, helpful and supportive. Faculty members are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is clear and easy to understand. The course curriculum is relevant and well-structured. It helps in building a strong foundation in industry readiness. We effectively cleared all our semester examinations with their guidance.
Other: I selected an MBA for my career upliftment. In MSSM, we have more exposure to practical knowledge and industry readiness. We have extracurricular activities like Flipped classes, Strategic presentations, Alumni Talk series, etc.

My experience at Meenakshi Sundararajan School of Management.
Placements: The placement was good. Our college had a dedicated placement cell. It was active in organizing on-campus placement drives and inviting multiple companies to provide students with enough job opportunities. Many companies like Amazon, Flipkart, ICICI Bank, HDFC, TCS, and Bajaj visited the campus for student recruitment. The average package was 3 LPA. The highest was 18 LPA. The placement process followed a defined structure with an online test, group discussions, and walk-in interviews. The college also provided internship opportunities for students. The duration was 2 to 4 months.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities were available and were good enough. Rooms were available in both shared and separate options, and the charges were affordable. The mess food was hygienic and good enough. There were separate hostel charges. The hostel was secure and had a Wi-Fi connection. The hostel environment was good.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members of the college were highly qualified. They had a lot of experience and knowledge required to teach at the degree level. They were friendly. Some teachers taught what was really necessary rather than only sticking to the subject and syllabus. The exam structure was very simple. A semester examination system was followed, with four semesters in two years. Each subject was for 100 marks, of which 20 marks were allotted for the internal semester examination and 70 marks for the end-semester examination. The internal marks were awarded based on attendance and assignments. The course curriculum was very good. It included all aspects of management studies and gave a perfect overview of business management and its environment. The course curriculum was updated and was well structured in a way that everyone developed an interest in the subjects. The exams were conducted every semester.
