Satisfied with the fee I paid, but I can't vibe around.
Placements: Around only 50% of students get placed in the electrical and electronics engineering department. The highest package is around 5 LPA, and the lowest package is around 1.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Techsible, TVS, etc. The top role is Project Manager. Around 60% of students get internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities are very low compared to other colleges in my city. Infrastructure is average, classrooms are nearly maintained, and the library is very good. Wi-Fi is average. The hostel is the worst, but hostel fees are very high. Hostel food is very hygienic, and rooms are well maintained. Medical facilities are good.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good. They are well-mannered and very good at teaching. Most of the teaching staff have completed their Ph.D. The course curriculum is very relevant to subjects and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not very tough but also not very easy, and they are mid.
Other: I chose the course because electrical and electronics engineering has a very high scope in foreign countries like Dubai, Qatar, etc. In my course, the teaching method should be improved. Events are conducted frequently by the management, but extracurricular activities are very low.

I think fee amount is little valuable at Mohamed Sathak Engineering College, Kilakarai.
Placements: In EEE, around 40% of students got placed in the ongoing year. The highest salary package offered at Mohamed Sathak Engineering College is 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Internships are bit good. Around 70% of students secured internships in top recruiting companies like TCS, MRF, and Tata Motors.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure available in our course is good. There is no network coverage in some of the college places. Library is very large and useful. When it comes to hostel, it has poor infrastructure with poor hostel food. Hostel rooms are not good but average hostel experience.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good. Around 80% of teachers have done Ph.D. Course curriculum is relevant and there is no problem with that. Semester exams are averagely difficult. Semester exams go well for first-year students, although there are more arrear cases involved but wholely is it's a very good college for local students.
Other: Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a good choice if you are interested in core subjects. As I was interested, that’s why I chose this course.

Good infrastructure but no placement.
Placements: 10 percent of students are only in jobs right now. For one year, the fee is around 70 thousand, and also 40 thousand for bus fees. (If you are a day scholar, you need to pay above 1 lakh.) BHEL is our department sector company. Internship with Lenovo in Pondicherry.
Infrastructure: It looks so good about infrastructure, labs are available, classrooms are also okay, but quality staff was not there when I studied. I'm a day scholar, but I had many friends from the hostel. They always told me the food is not good. Sports and games are available.
Faculty: Teaching is good, but some teachers are not good. They never tell us practical experiences. No one can be eligible for the industry. It's like 7 or 8 students only passed in my batch of 24 students. It's difficult to pass the semester exams, but we will try to pass the exams.
Other: Nothing special, but I thought in the future electricity and energy will only survive because fossil fuels are not renewable energy. So, I understand some basic information about my course. Minority scholarship is provided. Cultural events are there, and extracurricular activities also happen.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2016, really good infrastructure.
Placements: My college had linked with many companies, so every year, many companies came to my college and took many students for various jobs. Nearly 500 students got placed in various companies with good salary packages. The average salary packages for placed students is 20000.
Infrastructure: Our college is having a great infrastructure. It is having a superb laboratory facility with AC coverage and a huge auditorium on the campus. Nearly 3000 students can sit inside the auditorium. There is a marine department, so they are having a marine lab with a ship structure which looks superb.
Faculty: My college has good faculty members who are knowledgeable persons. Most faculty members completed their PhD and they have PG degrees like M.E, MCA and MBA in various departments.
Other: Our college is an ancient college in Tamil Nadu because my college is the first self-financing college here. My college is having a good water facility with an RO plant. There is a good hostel facility for students. In the hostel, the food facility is good.

Worried about the infrastructure and placement
Placements: In my college, only 45 to 50 percent of students get placed via campus interviews. The highest package is 8 LPA, the average package is around 2–4 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Tata, TVS Motors, etc. Internship opportunities are quite good. The top roles offered are data analyst, full stack developer, assistant engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities available in Mohamed Sathak Engineering College are average. There is no network coverage in most places on the college campus. Labs are not well facilitated. Classrooms are quite small to average in size. There is one large central library that contains most of the study books. The hostel is very poor; my hostel friends always complain about it, though the food is hygienic. There is one medical room. Sports are not considered, it is just another useless activity in my college.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, and most of them have PhD's in their respective majors. Teaching quality is above average and varies from department to department. The course curriculum is relevant. The students are definitely not industry-ready after studying at MSEC. Semester exams are moderately difficult. Again, the pass percentage also differs from department to department.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in the electrical and electronics side. The best thing about my course is that it is an evergreen course. The teaching style should be changed from theoretical to more practical.
