B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2026

When you want to get a pass, I will definitely recommend this college only.
Placements: 80% of the students are getting placed. The highest package is 69 LPA. The top company is Infosys. Students got internships in Infosys roles as web developers. The total depends on you, not on them. They learn all skills, including CRT and coding, in the final year from the basics.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, and the labs are well-equipped. We learn more from the labs. In the library, every book is available. There's no hostel, but PGs are available near the college. I am also staying there; it will be good. The classrooms are clean and neat.
Faculty: Semester exams are to pass. They will give question banks for preparation. Pass marks are 22. The faculty is very helpful for the students; they will explain clearly and neatly. The course makes the students industry-ready, and the teaching quality is very good.
Other: Everything is good. They have improved the syllabus. Experiments should be more; from the experiments, we will learn more than in the classes.

Well-disciplined campus with supportive faculty, decent placement, and good infrastructure.
Placements: Around 75% of students from my course got placed. The highest package offered is 12 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average stands at 5.5 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro, and Accenture. Around 60% of students secured internships in companies.
Infrastructure: The campus has good Wi-Fi, modern classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a library with ample resources. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms, healthy food in the mess, medical support, and sports areas for recreation and fitness activities.
Faculty: The faculty at Narayana Engineering College, Nellore, is well-qualified and supportive. The curriculum is industry-oriented and helps in skill development. Semester exams are moderately tough, and the pass percentage is around 85%, encouraging consistency.
Other: I chose this college for its strong academic focus and decent placement support. The campus hosts regular fests and technical events. Campus life is vibrant, but more clubs and extracurricular activities would improve the overall experience.

B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering - Batch of 2024

Good Infrastructure but less Placements.
Placements: I graduated in 2024 from Narayana Engineering College, Nellore. In my year, placements were really less, and students also struggled a lot due to a lack of skills. If we talk about the percentage of students placed in 2024, I would say it was just 20% because we only had one company for on-campus placements that year. Regarding the average package, it was between 3.5 to 4 LPA, which is not bad for freshers. The top companies that might have visited were Infosys, Accenture, and Hexaware. We didn’t get any internships, and ASE was the role they offered.
Infrastructure: When it came to the infrastructure, it was pretty good and had good labs, Wi-Fi, and classrooms. So, we didn’t have to worry about the infrastructure, and we could also borrow books from the library whenever we wanted. As for the hostel, the college didn’t provide any hostel facilities, but we had hostels outside the college, so we could join them without any worries. Regarding the canteen, sometimes it was in good condition with good food and snacks, and other times it was empty, so it was like 50-50. Instead, we could just rest and visit the canteen sometimes during breaks.
Faculty: In my opinion, we had really good faculty who would help us when required. We had the most experienced and well-educated faculty for core subjects, so we didn’t have to worry about them. We just had to follow the course and learn accordingly. As for the course curriculum, I can say that it was not bad, and we were able to learn our core subjects in every semester as required. The semester exams were easy if we did well in all the assignments and midterms. They were not very difficult, and the pass percentage was 35 out of 100.
Other: Actually, I chose this course because it had really high demand, so I thought I should also take this course. They provided labs for us to practice, and I really had fun coding and learning. When I was in college, we only focused on Python, which is easy to learn, but I got to know that Java is also really important when it comes to coding competitions. So, it would have been better if we had not focused on just one language. Students organized events branch-wise, and faculty also organized some extracurricular activities.

Review of Narayana Engineering College.
Placements: My college is getting good placement for B.Tech computer science engineering, ECE branch students. Currently, my college has the highest package of 24 LPA. The lowest package is 5 LPA. The top companies are coming, like Tata and Wipro, like top companies. Internship is mostly offered in the third year.
Infrastructure: College is a very advanced infrastructure. The college offers Wi-Fi access throughout all its blocks. Classrooms and rooms are very good with furniture and very clean. The library is very big. The library has a wide range of books, including those on coding subjects such as Python and Java, as well as various other types of books. In college, we have 2 canteens, and medical facilities are also good. Mess food is decent, and hostel rooms are good. Sports and games are good.
Faculty: Teachers are teaching very well. They help us well. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant to software, but not relevant to industries. Semester exams are not difficult. Exams are moderate. The pass percentage is 80%.

It is empowering the future with strong academics, practical learning, and a supportive campus life.
Placements: There are hands-on mini projects and advanced electronics labs from the 2nd year onwards. There are workshops on IoT, embedded systems, VLSI, and robotics. Internship and placements support in core electronics companies and PSUs. Mentorship, soft skills training, and GATE coaching assistance are provided.
Infrastructure: ECE labs are equipped with an IoT kit, VLSI tools, and PCB fabrication. It has smart classrooms, seminar halls, and a department library for learning support. There are recreational areas, reading rooms, and medical care in the hostel. It has well-equipped labs and smart classrooms.
Faculty: Our college has highly qualified faculty members with industry and research experience. They blend theory, practicals, and real-time mini projects each semester. There are continuous assessments through internal, assignments, and lab evaluations. Core subjects and coding subjects are taught.
Other: I chose the ECE batch because there are many future opportunities for jobs. It should provide more labs and virtual classes. It organises tech fests, project expos, workshops, seminars, paper presentations, and conferences. Monthly teach newsletters and electronic wall magazines are provided. There are coding clubs for C, Python, Verilog, and IoT programming.

Good infrastructure and facilities with promising placements.
Placements: Placements at this college are decent, not too many and not too few. They provide only high placements to those people who have a higher CGPA. Although they are providing good placements compared to any other college in Nellore, they are providing 43 LPA, which is offered by Google. This was about the placements at my college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college has a 3-star rating. The infrastructure of the college is likely different from other colleges. This college totally contains 3 buildings, which contain 3 floors each. There is no hostel facility from my college, but the environment is too good at the college, with full greenery, and there is more parking space in this college.
Faculty: They provide good faculty and curriculum. The faculty is well-experienced. Many people have a "Dr." in their name. Many of them completed their Ph.D. They teach us so well. They help us to solve problems and help us in other curricular activities as well. This college is affiliated with JNTUA, which sets very tough question papers.
Other: I have joined this college recently, and this is a good, decent college.
