B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Batch of 2019

One of the best options for engineering graduates with more upgradation year by year.
Placements: More than 70% of students got placed during my period of college. Top recruiting companies were Infosys, TCS, Data Pattern, Bosch, Nova Carbons, Deloitte, Capgemini, Accenture, and HCL. More than 50% of students got internships in Data Patterns, Infosys, and TCS. System engineer and software developer roles were offered.
Infrastructure: In our department, every facility was available like Wi-Fi all over, system facilities, classrooms, smart classes, conference rooms, and separate library in common for departments. The hostel was neat and more friendly, cleanliness was maintained, and the quality of food was more defined. Medical emergency department is also available separately.
Faculty: Teachers were more knowledgeable about current techniques and very helpful with every process of study. The course curriculum was related and it makes the student available to the industry with all basic knowledge. The semester exams were at moderate level not more difficult. The pass percentage is above 80%.

Master of technology at National Engineering College.
Placements: Course-wise placements for M.Tech were literally at a lower rate than B.Tech students. From the overall strength, around 70% of students get placed yearly. Apart from college placements, we have enormous scope in off-campus drives with a salary package of 4 LPA - 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: An unlimited quantity of food items were cooked and served in a higher quality considering students' hygiene. So the hosteller's should not worry about the food. They don't insist on any specific time to have food. Three members can share a single room in both girls' and boys' hostels. Necessary facilities for relaxing, studying, and entertaining were provided by the college.
Faculty: Teachers maintain their academic standards and records related to the student's progress properly. We report to the senior staff in charge. Incharge meetings were conducted once a month with the principal in order to take necessary remedies for the improvement of academic standards.

Review of ME-EST in National engineering college.
Placements: Course grades/percentages play a major role in choosing students for giving placement training. Students with lower grades won't be allowed to participate in all the sessions. I'm a topper student and got placed in Emertxe, an embedded-based company, with a starting salary of 19000 in a month.
Infrastructure: The green environment with all the required amenities. Our campus was fitted with all the safety measures like earthquake resistance and emergency cylinders. Facilities like lifts should be used by teachers and differently abled persons. Canteens are available with good quality of foods.
Faculty: Instead of blackboard coaching, we mostly attend practical workshops/case studies to understand the concepts in a better way and to gain practical knowledge. Our scores/grades were updated to our parents at the end of every internals. Parents meetings were conducted at least once a month.

Your concepts will be very clear.
Placements: Both internship and final placement programs are conducted by the college. Although the placement rates are slightly lower compared to other departments, more than 60% of the batch can secure both internships and placements. Top recruiting firms are generally IT giants, consulting firms, and a few from manufacturing industries.
Infrastructure: The canteen and mess are clean and provide satisfactory food. Hostel rooms and washrooms are also cleaned daily, and classrooms are equipped with AC. The library is large, and the labs are well-equipped. Basic medical help and a sports area are available.
Faculty: A good curriculum is developed to create a strong foundation for students in the first year. In the second year, a few elective options are provided. The teachers act as guiding mentors and are always available to help students. The passing rate is above 80%.

Curriculum is Pretty Nice.
Placements: More than seventy percent of the students secured internship opportunities, and over ninety percent received good placement offers through the campus recruitment program. The highest salary was around twenty lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is okay, not that bad at all. The classrooms are modern and well-designed, with good computer labs. Laptop training is provided and encouraged. We have good hostels with AC and attached washrooms for a comfortable stay, and the food is also healthy.
Faculty: The curriculum is good, covering a lot of aspects through both practical and theoretical sessions. Many seminars are conducted to encourage industry exposure for students. The teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful, and the exams are not very difficult.
