It is one of the most mysterious and value-for-money colleges.
Placements: Approximately all eligible students get placed. In 2024, the highest package offered was 24 LPA. The average package offered was 13 LPA. Top recruiting companies are IOCL, BPCL, Reliance, Adani, ONGC, CPCL, IGL, etc. Many PSUs came for recruitment. Fire and safety officer roles are offered. We can join the state fire service and will get privileges there.
Infrastructure: We will have access to the best infrastructure in India for our course. It offers average hostel facilities with 2 to 3 cadets per room. We get good food quality for students at reasonable prices. Additional canteens are also available. There are medical facilities and mental health counselling. We might have to compromise a bit with sports facility.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. They support very much in the exam preparation, especially for first-year students. This course is specially designed for fire officers. Even in the service state, fire service officers come for training. University exams are of moderate levels.

Review of National Fire Service College.
Placements: Almost 100 percent of students get placed in Public Sector Units as well as Private Sectors and renowned companies. The highest package so far is 24 LPA, offered by GAIL. Mostly Oil and Petroleum companies come to recruit, but companies from other industries also recruit. Students can get internships in any company they want, according to their preference.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are 3/5, but if you are asking about fire-related equipment, it is 10/10. You will find almost every fire and safety-related equipment here. The quality of the mess is not good, and the condition of the hostels is also bad due to a lack of maintenance.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The main faculty members are alumni of this college, and others join after taking the UPSC exam. The teaching quality is also good. This course surely makes students industry-ready, as its curriculum covers all the necessary knowledge. Its implementation is carried out during the Morning Fire Ground Operation held daily, which also helps students become physically fit.
Other: I chose this course because of its uniqueness, good placements, and attractive packages after completion. Also, since it is a uniformed service, it helps students become disciplined. The hostel and mess conditions should be improved. Other things about the course are good.

In brief, the college is very good.
Placements: If I talk about my batch, we are the second batch that is learning the syllabus of NEP (new education policy). The percentage of students placed is 95 to 100, with the highest package of 24 LPA, an average package of 12 to 13 LPA and a minimum of 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are good. There are minor issues which is common in all hostels, and the infrastructure of the academic and laboratory is the best, as it has all the equipment that is required to perform practicals. If I talk about the sports, there is a ground, in the morning, on which we perform a fire drill, and the other sports group is under development.
Faculty: If I talk about the teaching of the main academic material, we have guest faculty who teach us subjects other than fire. The fire subject is taught by the permanent faculty. This course is very easy to pass the semester, but it is not sufficient for learning purposes.
Other: If you like a disciplined life, then this college is for you.

If you want to serve the nation, then you can take this course.
Placements: Placements are very good in our college. Approximately 95 to 100 percent of the batch was placed last year. The highest package is of 24 LPA by GAIL, and the lowest is about 5 to 6 LPA. ONGC, GAIL, VEDANTA, Reliance, HPCL, BPCL, IOCL, and IGL are the top recruiters in our college. Almost every student gets internships in various PSUs. After completion, you will be posted as a fire engineer or officer in various companies.
Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi network 24/7, various labs, beautiful classroom, very nice library and a nice infrastructure mess is decent, and the cost of the mess is low. All medical facilities are available, a good sports complex, and a lot of game equipment are available in the college. This college focuses on discipline.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. This course is very important because it helps to rescue living beings' property and many important things. Exams are hard in the semester, it is difficult because you have to manage studying with training for the fire service.
Other: This college provides uniform service, high placement rates, and infrastructure that can be improved. It has very low fest, campus crowd is low because of limitations in seats, and only one course is available.

Come here if you need placement.
Placements: All eligible students got placement. With the highest package of 24 LPA (six students got 24 LPA), the lowest package of 6 LPA, and an average of around 13.5 LPA. Top recruiters like GAIL, SAIL, NTPC, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, HRRL, IGL, Reliance Industries Limited, Nayara Energies, Adani Airport, Hindalco, Sun Petrochemicals, Oil India, Bharat Electronics, etc.
Infrastructure: College has an academic building in which the classrooms are air-conditioned, a projector, a PC, and furniture. There is a laboratory building for laboratories like computer, electrical, applied Physics, Chemistry, engineering graphics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, workshop, etc. There is also a research and development lab. There is a library building with air conditioning and Wi-Fi for free, and well-stocked and managed books. The hostel is good, most importantly, it has two elevators. Mess food is like mess food, but satisfactory. There is a visiting doctor on campus who can provide basic medical care. Sports facilities are available for badminton, volleyball, football, cricket, kho-kho, and table tennis.
Faculty: All faculty members are helpful and qualified. The course curriculum is well designed and is capable of making students industry-ready, as most of the PSUs recruit directly from college without any entrance exam. Semester exams are not that difficult if you study, you can score well.
Other: The best thing here is placement, which you will get without much worry by just following the college curriculum and activities instructed by faculty members and the college. If you are interested in living a disciplined life, then it can also be the thing for you. The college is good because in the end, it gives you placement without much effort as compared to other top engineering colleges like NITs and IITs.

They offer fire safety courses.
Placements: Maximum chances for getting hired in fire safety and disaster management zones. The government, private agencies like BHEL, Tata Steel, BHEL, ONGC, and Reliance Industries Ltd, recruit students from our college in both the undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Infrastructure: Students' wellness is treated as the highest priority, so we underwent repeated counselling to share our worries and to release our stress. Hence, hostel areas are so spacious that two to three members can share a room, which avoids overcrowding in a room.
Faculty: Teachers immediately report the students' progress to our parents, and they should share our enquiries with the management of the college if it is essential. Teachers are experienced with practical fire safety measures and have also turned needed developments.

No, NFSC Nagpur does no longer supply admission primarily based on class rank. It makes use of your JEE Main All India (CRL) rank most effective.

Even in case you are from SC, ST, or OBC, your category rank isn't always counted.
