College is good, only the campus is small, and all other facilities are also good.

Infrastructure: All facilities and infrastructure are the best. But the quality of food available in the mess is, as you know, average quality. All other medical facilities, sports, and games are best provided here. You also get a medical card, which you can use in any verified hospital for treatment.

The college is really old and authentic. According to fees, the college provides enough.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs are well-maintained. Wi-Fi is provided in hostels and everywhere. The library is really big. Ground for sports is provided. The hostel for girls is quite big with mostly double shared rooms and a few triple rooms. Food in the mess is average. As you will be in a hostel, you need to adjust here.

College is good. It is value for money but some further improvements are needed.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is old but some buildings are new. There is a computer lab, classrooms are decent but AC is not available in classroom, and a library is there beside the red building where almost all books are available. There is two seater room for the 1st year. One table, one chair and a bed provided by the hostel authority. Mess food is good. It is value for money.

NIAMT Ranchi has strong academics with scope for modernization.

Infrastructure: College has a fully residential green campus with a well equipped academic block and modern manufacturing labs and workshops. A central library, computer center with Wi-Fi, separate boys and girls hostels, sports facilities, gym only after the first sem, medical center, and basic campus amenities.

Absolute college for return on investment.

Infrastructure: A 67-acre green campus with a library that consists of more than 50000 books, a centralized computer room, a gym, a cafeteria owned by KitKat, a lush green football and cricket ground on campus, Wi-Fi campus, a lecture hall complex for all classes, and for each year, there is a separate hostel. From the 2nd year, single rooms are allotted.

If anyone gets an average rank in JEE, this is the best college for core branches.

Infrastructure: There is an administrative building situated in the center of the campus. On the opposite side of the administrative building, there is a faculty building where students can ask doubts, etc. There is a multi-purpose building and a gym for students. There are 4 hostels on the campus 3 for boys and 1 for girls. For first-year students, there is HJB hostel, which is well-maintained. For second and third-year students, there is JCB hostel. For final-year students, there is MV hostel. For ADC and M.T...

Placements and infrastructure are good but lack of sports facilities. This is very good college.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good you will get good Wi-Fi availability, labs are well maintained, and classrooms are very good. Every classroom has projector. In library you will not get every book but will get maximum course related books. Mess food is not good sometimes it is okayish or bad. Medical facilities are average and not much proper facilities for sports.

A college is a boon in the core sector.

Infrastructure: Despite being an old established college in the 1960s era, still, the infrastructure and buildings do not seem to be very old. Although hostel rooms are spacious still the mess food quality is poor. Medical facilities are okay they provide a health card on which one can have their free checkup.

An underrated government college.

Infrastructure: For metallurgy, facilities are top notch with well-equipped labs and workshops as it is a prime branch of this college. Books are filled in library but are of old editions. Hostel is very good as compared to other colleges. We have single seater rooms from 2nd year onwards. Mess food quality is poor so we have to adjust by eating outside. There is a health center for regular checkups. There is a big ground for playing outdoor games.

Highly underrated in terms of ROI, less exposure is the biggest drawback.

Infrastructure: As the branch is the core, labs are present in the main administrative building. Two lecture halls for all branches and years are there, which is a slight drawback. But as the college has a low student intake, it doesn't matter much, though upon expanding in the future, it may cause problems. Now, coming to the hostel, they have provided single rooms to students from 2nd to final year, while double-seater rooms are for girls and 1st-year students. Mess food is okay.

It is a renowned college for students who do better in mechanical and metallurgical industries.

Infrastructure: My course is mechanical engineering. Here, India's largest workshop for mechanical is available. My hostel facility is also good; mess food is hygienic and in the hostel group, you can play games like volleyball, cricket, badminton, etc. Wi-Fi is not available in the 1st-year hostel.

"Underrated College" – I am sure you will get more than what you have expected from the college.

Infrastructure: Every hostel has Wi-Fi, but some Wi-Fi (~10%) needs repair/placement. Classrooms are well-equipped (including projectors and speakers). Labs and central workshops are also equipped with advanced machines. The library has a sufficient quantity of books but lacks Wi-Fi, AC, and an e-Library. The new administrative building will provide excellent facilities and features like advanced labs for departments. Hostels have good quality food. The mess serves tasty and good quality food. As of 2024, the c...

Return on investment is best here, but the crowd is low, so extracurricular are not very active.

Infrastructure: I'm in first year, so I can only provide a first-year hostel review (Homi J. Bhabha Hostel). The room is good, the hostel is very good, and the mess food is decent. There are 2 students per room, 2 tables, 2 cabinets, 2 small cabinets, 2 beds, and 2 chairs. The new washrooms are clean. The hostel is well-constructed with basic facilities like shared rooms, equipped with beds, study tables, chairs, and wardrobes. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate 2 students, depending on the batch size...

Shortly, this institution is a prestigious institute for mechanical and metallurgical engineering.

Infrastructure: Hostel is good. The mess is also good . It gives proper food for a healthy life. The quantity is enough to fulfill all the students’ needs. The facilities and infrastructure are lower than NIT but sufficient for spending a good college life. Many programs or seminars are held every month.

My review on our college and my experience till now.

Infrastructure: Hostels are well furnished. Courses are mainly core-focused. Hostels are very spacious. Seniors are supportive. Lecture hall is very big. There are 6 hostels in total on our campus. In which 5 are for BTech students and one is for MTech students. Girls have separate hostels.
