The college does not provide opportunities for internships, so you have to work hard on your own to get the best opportunities.

A really good college compared to others.
Placements: The placement percentage of the college is good, but the difference lies between top product-based companies and service-based companies. The college offers on-campus placements in both types of companies. So, it totally depends on you and your skills to crack the company you have dreamed of joining.
Infrastructure: The college location and infrastructure are excellent. The college is situated near the Knowledge Park II metro station. The infrastructure is full of life, with a relaxing and peaceful environment. The combination of academic buildings and the surrounding environment is very attractive.
Faculty: The college faculty puts in a lot of effort. It feels just like you are watching a YouTube video. Each faculty member is very experienced and helpful. There is no trouble you are going to face if you are an attentive student who listens carefully. Exams may be a point where things get hard because the college is affiliated with AKTU. You have to take sessional exams, tests, half-yearly exams, end-semester exams, etc. This makes the academic part of the college hard for students who are below average in their studies.
Other: The college fest is one of the most famous in Noida because of its vibrant atmosphere, amazing setups, & performances.

Review of Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: The placement rate for my course is around 70–80%. The highest package is around 26 LPA. The lowest package is around 3.6 LPA. The average package is about 4–7 LPA. The companies include Qualcomm, Micron Technology, Bosch Ltd., Samsung, National Instruments (NI), Schneider Electric, and Ericsson.
Infrastructure: The library is also very good. Separate sections are available for first-year students. There are many books available. There is a lot of discipline. The Wi-Fi quality is also good.
Faculty: The majority of ECE professors are well-qualified. Several of them hold Ph.D. degrees. GCET is affiliated with Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). Therefore, it follows the state university curriculum. Students often point out that the standard syllabus feels a bit outdated. It is also slow to adapt to cutting-edge semiconductor and technology industry changes. The minimum passing requirement for theory papers is 30% (21 out of 70 marks). The paper patterns are predictable. The overall branch passing rate is quite high. Usually, around 85–90% of students clear their semesters without active backlogs. From what I have seen, I like the college because faculty members here are quite good. They never put pressure on students for anything. They help students understand how they can improve.
Other: Most students choose this course because it offers a dual career track. It gives students flexibility. They can enter core hardware engineering fields. These include VLSI, embedded systems, and robotics. Students can also switch to high-paying IT and software roles. At GCET, it acts as a close and highly respected alternative. It is for students who miss out on a pure Computer Science seat during state counselling. It still provides a strong launching pad into the tech industry. Balancing core electronics theory can be difficult. Practical lab files also require time. Personal software and coding preparation are also important. All these things can feel incredibly overwhelming. There is very little breathing room.

It is the best college in Greater Noida.
Placements: 60 to 65 percent of students are placed in my course, with the highest package being 8 LPA and the lowest being 3 to 4 LPA. My course gives many options in a career, if you are good at coding, you can also go into the IT sector or the computer science sector. So basically, my course needs consistency, and it gives many more things that help you for the future.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in every class along with AC, and the labs are good for practical work. All things are hygienic and good to eat. Medical facilities are good; I visited once when I was sick, and they gave me the best treatment and also gave me medicine, which helped me relieve the sickness.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful academically as well as personally. My course has the best future due to semiconductor growth in India. Difficulty is nothing, it depends on you, and the pass percentage is 40 percent. Sometimes semesters are difficult because my college is affiliated with AKTU.
Other: It has a good future in India because semiconductor growth is rapid. There is more practice in your core subject.

My overview as a second-year student.
Placements: Most of the students got placed. The average package is around 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Accenture, and Wipro. I don't think anyone has gotten any internships in my batch as of now like being offered by the college. You can try getting an internship on your own.
Infrastructure: I actually like the infrastructure a lot, as it's bigger than most colleges in Greater Noida, not as big as the universities, though. There are ACs in every classroom, ACs that actually work. The library is quite big and functional. You get not only books related to B.Tech, MCA, or whatever courses our college runs, but literature gems are there as well. I cannot say much about the hostel but it's quite difficult to get a hostel seat in your first year, you're more likely to get it in the second year if you apply.
Faculty: The teachers are very nice and helpful. They try their best to be available at all times and if you're interested, they'll personally help you build up your strengths. As for the relevance of the course, AKTU has a really old curriculum you will have to learn some skills on your own. The exams are quite easy to pass but the marking scheme is not that good, so it's easy to pass but very difficult to get really great scores. You'll have to mug up everything in order to get SGPA over 7.5.
Other: I mean, Galgotias is known for its fests and things. Even though you're in the college, you can attend all the fests that are held in the university as well, and as for the surroundings, it's really close to the metro and there's an expo part opposite to our college where you can go to relax or eat during recess.

The picture of my college comes from my eyes.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in my college is about 80%. The highest package is 18 LPA. The lowest package is 3 LPA. The average package is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies at my college include Infosys, TCS, etc. About 80% to 90% of students get internships from our course. These internships are mostly in companies like Zomato, Infosys, Swiggy, Blinkit, and TCS. All types of roles are provided to students so that they can grow and establish themselves in the industry.
Infrastructure: My college infrastructure is very good. It has Wi-Fi, but access is still restricted in some areas. Labs are very good. My college library is also very good for better learning. Classrooms are well furnished and structured according to student requirements. The canteen is hygienic, and different types of stores are available there.
Faculty: Teachers are individually rated and are helpful. There are different types of teachers. Some are average, while some are excellent. Teachers are well qualified and have great knowledge. They do their best to provide students with practical knowledge of the industry and their work. I feel the curriculum is not that relevant. It includes various topics that do not meet the requirements of students and the industry. There should be some changes in the syllabus. Semester exams are good enough. The evaluation process still needs some improvement.
Other: I chose it because I want to be a data scientist. Best thing about it is the practical exposure I get in college. I also learn different programming languages. I like Mathematics. This is another reason I chose it. I want to improve my programming language skills. I also enjoy my college life. I enjoy the events and fests. I also enjoy the extracurricular activities that take place at my college.

Let's know about Galgotias Institute of Management and Technology.
Placements: Talking about GIMT, in our institution, only 30% of students, mostly our seniors, get placed. Actually, during placements, they prefer Galgotias University students over GCET and GIMT students. Most of the companies that come are from sales with very low packages. Marketing students get placed more compared to other specializations.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and the library are well air-conditioned. There is a separate library for GIMT students as well as a central library. There is no Wi-Fi, and the internet doesn't work during college hours. Both boys' and girls' hostels are available on the campus. All facilities are available in the hostel. The food is medium to average.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. You are even assigned a mentor who is always there to help you with personal or academic matters. Talking about the course curriculum, it is AKTU-affiliated, so the syllabus followed is from AKTU. You have to study for your semester exams with some seriousness. They are conducted by AKTU and are a little tough if you don't study at all.
