A:

NIFT cutoff depends on variables like: seat matrix, category of the candidate, total applications, category, Common Merit Rank (CMR) of the candidate in NIFT 2023, and the popularity (or ranking) of the institute. If any of these variables changes, the cut-off would also change. For instance, if the number of applicants goes up, the cut off would also go up. On the contrary, if the number of applicants is low, the cut-off would stay on the lower side.Candidates planning to appear in the NIFT 2024 exam may consult the previous years cut-of for the exam to get an idea as to what is a safe score or admission. When checking the cutoff, it is important to however refer to ones own category.

Q:   What are the details mentioned on NIFT cut-off list?

A:

NIFT 2023 cut off list includes details like the opening and closing ranks of candidates for each participating institute and category. Among the various categories for which the cut-off would be released include General, SC, ST, OBC-NCl, Domicile, and PwD categories. The candidate needs to consult the cut-off for their respective categories for the programme they are seeking admission to.

The opening rank is the highest rank for which the seat has been allocated. On the other hand, the closing rank is the minimum rank for which admission is allocated. Only such candidates who secure a rank equal to or higher than the closing rank will get admission.

I am absolutely satisfied with this college.

Placements: Students have to register to take part in placement drives which use a centralised placement method. Companies visit our college to provide pre-placement offers or on-campus placement drives. Around 80% of students were placed in 2021. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. Around 80% to 90% of students get job offers in our college. Internships are provided in our college.

Infrastructure: Labs and studios are well-equipped. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus. There is an auditorium with 350 seats, a s...

Overall, it is a good college with good faculty, but hostels could get a little better.

Placements: Out of all the courses that we have, maximum placements are obtained by students studying in the Fashion Communication and Fashion Technology department. They are placed in brands like Arvind Mills, Aditya Birla Group, Louis Philippe, etc. Students get better internships outside.

Infrastructure: There are better hostels on other main campuses like Gandhinagar, Bangalore, and Delhi. The Hyderabad campus is also good. It's the third-largest campus of all. The mess facilities have been getting better over a period ...

The college has really good infrastructure, faculty, and average placements.

Placements: Our college offers campus placements, and students also get PPO. Students doing graduation programmes get pre-placement offers as well. The campus offers placements for the positions of associate designer for B.Des students and production managers for B.FTech students.

Infrastructure: The campus is really good and spacious. We are provided with lots of activities and facilities, such as pool tables, table tennis, volleyball, basketball, etc. Our college has a good dance team for all the dance enthusiasts. The cu...

Good faculty, many amenities, well maintained hostels, classes and labs .

Placements: This years pass outs are currently working hard on their internships and last year projects. Some of them have already received the placements while some are still looking for them. In my batch, as far as I know, two people have received their placements from 60,000 - 120000 / month.

Infrastructure: The classes are well built and air conditioned. There are a few amenities for students to pass time during their break, for instance a pool table and a TT table. The labs are well maintained and have everything you could possibly need for assignments. The hostels are well maintained and are in a twin-sharing system. The Hyderabad campus also provides a guest house facility for parents to stay in when they drop their children to college. The cost for that is 900 rs per night. The washrooms can us...

It has the best infrastructure and the best faculty members across India.

Placements: NIFT Hyderabad provides 100% placements. Top international and national brands come every year to recruit new people. The lowest and the highest amount of salary package depends on the work and your department, but still, you could find a good placement with connections.

Infrastructure: It has the best canteen across all NIFT campuses in Hyderabad. The library which is called the Resource Center is also top-notch in the Hyderabad campus. We have plenty of labs, and NIFT provides a good amount of resources. Every...
