NIFT Entrance Exam Sample Questions for GAT

NIFT entrance exam aspirants seeking admission to the Bachelor of Design (BDes) course offered at various NIFT campuses need to clear the NIFT Creative Ability Test (CAT), General Ability Test (GAT), as well as the Situation Test. On the other hand, candidates wanting to secure admission to the Bachelor of Fashion Technology (BFTech) need to clear only the GAT.

Shiksha has earlier shared the NIFT CAT previous years’ questions, and in this article, we have compiled a set of sample questions for the NIFT GAT paper. Aspirants are advised to practice similar types of questions and thereafter, devise a plan to manage time well during their NIFT entrance exam, so that they can complete their exam on time. The NTA conducted the NIFT 2026 exam on February 08, 2026. The exam is expected to be conducted in a centre-based mode across 102 cities in India.
