NIFT Mumbai UG Diploma Courses & Fees 2026

Candidates taking admission to various courses offered by NIFT Mumbai may find NIFT expensive. In case of the B. Des and B.FTech programmes, the candidates should be less than 24 years as on July 1 of the admission year. There is relaxation of 5 years for candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories. However, there is no age limit for applying to the postgraduate programmes at NIFT. The entrance exam for 2026 was conducted on February 8, 2026, and results for Stage 1 are expected in April 2026.

No, you cannot take direct admission at NIFT Mumbai. The college offers merit-based admission based on the scores in NIFT exam. Merit is calculated based on score in GAT, CAT exam as well as situation test and personal interview. Candidates need to clear the cutoff of exam and fulfill the eligibility criteria.
