Review of MBA in Pharmaceutical Management at NIPER S.A.S. Nagar.
Placements: 100% of placements are there in the MBA in Pharmaceutical Management course. The highest package is 29 LPA, and the lowest package is 6 LPA. The average package is 13 LPA. Some companies that visit the college for placements are Accenture, EY, LEK, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, and GSK. Roles offered are analyst, product manager, and business development. 100% of students get internships.
Infrastructure: There are facilities like air-conditioned classrooms and a library. Hostels are clean and spacious having moderate food. There are sports, medical, and canteen facilities too. Additionally, we will get grounds for all sorts of sports practice, a shopping mall, laundry, and a salon for all our work to be done.
Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive and helpful. They have extensive knowledge and teaching methods are also fine. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes us industry-ready. Semester exams are not at all difficult. They are quite easy and we can qualify them with the addition of ongoing skill enhancement and events.
Other: I always wanted to know the business acumen of the pharmaceutical industry, so I chose this course. The best thing about this course is skills and confidence we gain. A lot of events are organised like sports events, annual conferences like Samprabhav, and a skills enhancement event like 81 MG.

Good Placement and really very nice infrastructure.
Placements: Almost maximum student placed in various multinational and national companies. The percentage of placement is about 85% to 95%. The highest package is 11.5 Lacs per annum and minimum package is 5.5 Lacs per annum. Maximum multinational companies like GSK pharmaceuticals, Eli Lilly, Astrazeneca, Sun Pharma etc.
100% students got internship from college. All companies dont give stipend during internship but max. Companies give stipend which is about 15000 to 25000 rupee per month.
Infrastructure: Maximum facilities provided by NIPER that include Free Wi-Fi, Free hostel, swimming pool this facilites. In all labs AC are provided and lab for MS having well sophisticated instruments. In NIPER 5 hostel provided, 2 only boys, one for only girls, one for boys and girls and one married hostel is there. Hostels are well maintain and also mess facility provide in hostel.
Faculty: Teachers in NIPER Mohali helpful in nature and highly qualified in respected subject. Some teachers used projector for teaching and some are board used. NIPER means National Institute of Pharmaceutical Research and Education and is mainly based on Research and education other for NIPER has more industry exposure.

I don't like the seniors behavior with the juniors they treat them like a servant.
Placements: 50% of students were placed in my batch, and the remaining 30% did not get any placement. The highest package of my batch was Rs 5 LPA and the lowest was Rs 3.5 LPA. 70% of students got internships from my batch. There were many roles offered by different companies.
Infrastructure: In my college, there is no Wi-Fi facility available. I asked the management regarding it, and they said work was in progress, but I did not get any Wi-Fi facility until I completed my course. Food quality is good in a hostel, but it's so hot in August, so I think they should also provide some AC rooms for students in college.
Faculty: There is a lack of faculty available in our department, so I think they should hire some more. Because there are fewer faculty members, senior students teach junior students, but seniors take advantage of this and humiliate juniors for minor infractions, such as not wishing a senior good morning or evening. They notice that student and humiliate them in front of the entire class. I believe the college administration should look into this matter.
Other: I chose this course to build my career and get a good package. According to me, college management should import some of the points like they should build a committee to look into all the ragging kinds of activities. Like I had said, senior students are playing dirty politics with juniors as they force them to do what they want, they force them to wish them morning and evening more than 15 times a day, and they force them to call them sir or madam. So I think this kind of politics should not be entertained by the college management. They should take strict action against the senior students when they are doing this kind of behaviour.
