It is a good college but without college life. The campus is too small.

Placements: I am from the B.Com Honors in National Post Graduate College. It is the best college as it gives the best placements. It has the highest number of students who have got job opportunities. Many companies come here to recruit students. Around 50-70% of the students of our college get employed as soon as they complete their degree. Many top roles are offered in our college like banking, commerce, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college has the best facilities and good infrastructure. It has a small campus. The best department in my college is the commerce department. The food served in the canteen is okay but not so good. The hostel food is not good at all. I live in the hostel. There are many medical facilities. Our college provides games to play like cricket and football matches in college and outside the college also.

Faculty: Many teachers are helpful. They are very friendly to us as they feel like a friend. They give us good quality teaching. They are well-qualified and have certified degrees from different colleges. They also make us study related courses. Semester exams are very hard compared to other colleges. The pass percentage is 70-75%.

Other: I chose this course because of many reasons but I have to do CA so pursuing B.Com honors at a site course. I wish that there could be much better classes and the campus should be increased as it has a small campus. Events are okay and not so good. They first happened but with not a light to go as the auditorium is too small. The crowd is too much in the college and it is a government college. The college gives us a scholarship of 20-30% of the fees we pay.

A thorough review of National PG College

Placements: Only 5% of the students were placed in the course. The highest package was 5LPA and the average package was 3LPA. I am currently not aware of the companies which recruit in my course. 20% of the students got internships and the top roles offered in my course are executive, etc.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is below ordinary. The campus is very small. The classes don’t have proper ventilation and air conditioners are also not available. There is no Wi-Fi in the campus for students. Phones aren’t allowed. The library is overcrowded and it is a tough job to get a seat. I have no idea about the hostel because I am a day scholar.

Faculty: Teachers are great, very qualified, supportive, and knowledgeable as well. Teaching quality is also good. The course and curriculum are relevant, but the college doesn’t make the students industry-ready. I have not given any semester exam yet, so I have no idea about that.

This college is not as good as you think.

Placements: Placement of the college is not as good as I expected, but they give you many other certificates to get many online jobs and work-from-home jobs, and only 30 to 40 percent of people get internships, and 20 percent of people get placements, and there are no big companies that come to this college.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not good. It is a very small campus. My school is bigger than this college. There is no ac in the rooms, and the computer lab is very small. The reading room is also very small, and the washrooms are very bad. They smell like railway toilets.

Faculty: Teachers are good; they are supportive in nature and also give many pieces of advice to learn other skills also and exams are done on a regular basis; like there are two unit tests before any semester exam, the tests are conducted which are of 10 marks, which is not a matter at all.

Our teachers are really good.

Placements: Our college has a placement cell that provides internships and placements. Around 10-20 companies visit our college to recruit students. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 3 LPA - 3.5 LPA. The placement percentage is low.

Infrastructure: Our campus is small. Our library is huge. Our college has a decent canteen. Classrooms are not good. There are around 110 students in every class with 6 fans and 3 lights. Our college provides a hostel facility for students based on their entrance marks.

Faculty: Our teachers are good. Their teaching quality is good. They conduct classes regularly and provide notes. We have two internal exams and a final semester exam. Internal exams are conducted for 10 marks, and semester exams are conducted for 70 marks. Our college provides 10 marks for our attendance and performance. Semester exams are not easy. We have to study well to score good marks. The pass percentage is around 6.5-7.50 CGPA.

Other: Our college organises industrial visits for students.

It is an average college.

Placements: Around 80-90% of students got placed in our college. Our college has a placement cell which is managed by students and teachers.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is decent. The library has many books, but they are not up to date. The campus is small. There is only one park to play at. There is no area to relax and no provision of a lift for students who are in wheelchairs. The food served in the canteen is good.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and helpful. The course curriculum is relevant, but they don't provide specialties in specific fields. Our college organises industrial visits for students to get practical knowledge. Teachers conduct daily assignments to test students, which carry marks.

Our college does not provide good infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: There are 60 seats during the counseling, and they managed to admit more than 80 students. Around 5-6 seniors got placed in our course. The average salary package offered ranges from 2 LPA to 3 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our campus is small. There are 3-4 buildings, and it has a small playground. The parking space is very small. Phones are not allowed on campus.

Faculty: Our teachers are average. Practical knowledge is compromised, and semester exams are tough. During the exams, they check exam papers very strictly.

Other: The dress code of this college is not good.

Placements: Almost 50% of students get placed in national post-graduate colleges. Top recruiting companies like HCL, etc. Top roles offered are sales manager, etc. There are no internship opportunities in the national post-graduate colleges. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA

Infrastructure: National Postgraduate College provides accommodation facilities for both boys and girls. Fee for hostel is reasonable according to the locality. Food of mess is quite good. It is easily digestible. There are canteen facilities in the college and medical facilities too.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching quality of some professors is quite impressive. Course curriculum is relevant. Curriculum of the college is based on the traditional methods of teaching and not on the basis of industry-oriented.

Other: Mainly, National Postgraduate College is famous for the faculty of commerce. There should be industrial exposure in the college and college faculty should focus on practical knowledge rather than stick to the traditional methods of imparting knowledge.

Good college and worthy to join.

Placements: About 60 % of the students pursuing the respective course were placed. The highest package offered was RS 35000. The lowest is 10000. Top recruiting companies were the big budget financial companies such as Wipro, Flipkart, Amazon, etc. The top roles offered in the course were of managing financial affairs, bookkeeping, and accounting.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is vast and has widened facilities. We have built-in Wi-Fi computer labs which can be accessed at any time. The library has a huge collection of books. The food available in the mess and canteen is not that bad and can be eaten without any sense of uneasiness or difficulty.

Faculty: Our college is known for its academics. No doubt the placements are a benchmark and show how quality education the college provides. The teachers are very helpful. They engage with us and in no time solve our queries. The education and course are such that it makes us industry-ready. The semester exams in the college were up to mark, not so easy but also not so difficult. The pass percentage is 45%.

Other: I chose this course as it has a wide variety of scope further when I complete this degree. You won't regret pursuing this course. The best thing about this course is that you can specialise in any one subject in the end semester you like and create a mass future on it. The college conducts yearly cultural programs and initiatives.
