I have pursued B.Com (Hons) from Amity University Lucknow; great campus, best college life.

Placements: The percent of students placed in this course is 90%. The highest package for this course was 4,50,000, and the lowest was 2,00,000. The top recruiting companies include Amazon, HCL, etc. 100% of students get internships from the course in HCL. Mostly, data analyst roles are available.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for the B.Com course include a library, classrooms, and Wi-Fi. The hostel quality was quite good, but it could be more well-structured, and the quality of food available in the mess was great in taste. Every weekend they have something special. Other than this, a canteen, medical store, and sports facilities were also available.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and very helpful. All the facilities were qualified, and overall teaching quality is good. Basically, the Bachelor’s program is not much industry-ready, but the curriculum activities that take place while in this course and college were quite helpful. Semester exams were not difficult as the internal and external exams were both combined.

Other: I was in the 2021 to 2024 batch of B.Com (Hons). My college life was pretty good, and fests and events took place regularly.

Great campus, crowd, and good infrastructure .

Placements: The percentage of placement in Amity University is around 90%. Huge companies like Wipro, Accenture and many more have been visiting the campus every year for campus placements. The highest package has gone up to 45 LPA and the average package is 8 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is commendable. The corridors are neat and all classes are centrally air-conditioned. The seating arrangement is also good. The library is exceptionally beautiful. There is also Wi-Fi facility in the whole campus. The canteen is also big and the food quality is also good and affordable. There are three badminton courts, two basketball courts, three tennis courts and one huge football ground.

Faculty: The teachers are very humble and kind to students. They have a lot of knowledge regarding everything. The teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is pretty accurate and very helpful in preparing for exams and also for certain situations in life. The semester exams are moderately difficult and the pass percentage is 40%.

Other: I chose this course as I wanted to explore the commerce field and B.Com seemed to be the right decision. I think more practical relevance and an idealistic approach towards the subjects could help understand the commerce world better. There is also a merit-based scholarship available. There are various events taking place on the campus every month and the campus life is pretty enjoyable and worth it.

Placements: The placement percentage for the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com Hons) program at Amity University in Lucknow for 2024 was 95%. Good education for getting knowledge.

Placements: Approximately 50% got placement through this. There are many top recruiting companies like Infosys and Google, and many companies have most of the roles in finance and management. Management is an important field for the students who pursue this course.

Infrastructure: There is very good infrastructure available, and the building is good. On the full campus, there is availability of free Wi-Fi, computer labs, and other labs. Hostel, mess, and medical conditions are also favorable, and sports facilities are also good, week-wise.

Faculty: The faculty is too good and helpful in getting it, and they also tried to increase skills in the concerned course. They always tried to make everything relatable to the course and make it easier. Semester exams are at a mediocre level, and the pass percentage is 33.

Decent Placements but hostels are very expensive .

Placements: Our college provides ample opportunities to get placed, faculty members also help us to handle situations in front of the placement panel. Last year, many renowned MNCs came for recruitment and held a placement drive for a week long, approximately. 90% of last year batch students got placement in those MNCs, 10% remaining also got a second chance to get placed in smaller companies. The faculty helps us to make resume and makes us ready to present ourselves in front of placement cell.

Infrastructure: The library is well organized and every book is available there. There's actually no need of purchasing books if you are on campus. Classrooms are fully Air conditioned and with all other modern amenities. Sports like cricket, football, tennis are also performed and students get a great experience. The hostel is much more expensive than PG and rental accommodations are available outside. We paid between 3000 rupees per month excluding food. A friend of mine stayed in rental accommodation (1 room + 1kitchen + 1 attached bathroom) and it cost him around 3500 per month + electricity bill.

Faculty: The Faculty of the college is very good, they are always ready to help the students, and its very easy to approach them. All the students have one mentor to whom they can speak directly if there is any issue. The number of subjects are more as compared to other college. From second year onwards, all the students have to do research and make projects in ever semester, which is very beneficial for us as it grooms us and make us very good in making research related projects.

Other: The hostel should have been cheaper.

I am highly satisfied with campus and faculty members but moderately satisfied with placements.

Placements: Very few students were placed from our batch. The average salary package offered here was 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was around 2 LPA. The highest salary package offered was approximately 7 LPA. Companies which visited here were Genpact, Byju's, etc. Roles offered here were associate, senior associate and business analyst.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is great on our campus, and you can connect the internet on up to 2 devices. The infrastructure is top-notch here, although the hostels have much scope for improvement. The food served in the mess is fine with a great variety. There is a good cafeteria, a general store and a gym also. The library is also good, but it does not have any non-academic books.

Faculty: The subjects taught here are relevant, and the course is up to date. Most of the faculty members here are extremely helpful and supportive. Apart from that, they are knowledgeable and highly experienced. Unfortunately, for B.Com (H), there are not any industry visits. Nonetheless, the subjects taught will help you to get selected in many interviews.

There are nice and supportive faculty members and a really good infrastructure and atmosphere.

Placements: Placements are quite good here. Top recruiting companies here are Tata Reliance and Amazon. About 80% of students got internships from here, and the top salary package offered ranges in crores. By pursuing the course of B.Com (Hons) in Amity University, chances of getting placed are high. I would recommend Amity to all students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good here, and the facilities offered are extraordinary. Free Wi-Fi, labs access and classrooms are available. The quality of food and rooms of the hostel is also very good.

Faculty: Every teacher here is very supportive and will surely help you if you face any difficulty somewhere. They are supportive and never deny helping you. They are very nice and act as family members to students. This course curriculum is appropriate for students who want to opt for the industry line in future.

Other: I have chosen this course as I wanted to become a businessman.

Our college has good and efficient management.

Placements: The college helps in personality enhancement. The placement and job opportunities were fine. LL.B also has good placement options. Many reputed companies come here for placements. I am not much aware of it as our course doesn't offer placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was good. The college had a football, basketball ground. There were more than 2 auditoriums and 2 canteens and a mess. The college had 3 girls' hostels and 3 boys' hostels. The campus comprised of a bakery, a departmental store, and a stationary shop which was a great thing. Hostel infrastructure was good. The hostel fee charges were around 1 LPA, for a year and the charges for mess ranges between Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 3,500 per month. There were many PGs near Amity for both girls and boys. Hostel students also had the facility to use the gym. Transportation facilities and great experience of overall education was provided here.

Faculty: The syllabus of our course was very well planned as we got to study many subject fields like HR, marketing and foreign Language. Students were provided industrial exposure by the college which has helped me to gain practical knowledge and experience to choose my field for specialisation in PG.

Other: The campus life was good. Amity conducts Amiphoria and Sangathan every year which is great for extracurricular and sports activities respectively. Amity also organises Lohri night every year but only for hostel students.

Hi Sajal, Being a more developed state, Amity University-Noida is good for exposure. Otherwise, both the campuses are very good. According to your convenience, you can choose any one of them. The fee structure is also slightly different. Choose wisely. All the best.
