Yes, you can get a CSE branch in DTU very easily as you fall under the defense category as well.

Yes, it is right to pursue a CS branch in any IIIT rather than a core branch in DTU/NSUT/NIT until and unless you are interested in any of the core branches as I am more interested in Industrial engineering so I've chosen it over any other bra

You can get all of them at this rank only the difference will be in branches. Choose wisely in your field of interest.

My SC category rank is 33143 in JEE Mains 2020, can I get admission in any low level NIT's or DTU, NSUT.

You can get low-level NIT in the CSAB round (outside Delhi). But it's a hard call very few chances.
