B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2023
3.2

Overall, the college is very bad.
Placements: In my college, very few placements are available. The highest salary package offered is 40,000 per month, and the lowest salary is 15,000 per month. Some companies come to the college. The best companies come here for ECE.
Infrastructure: The hostel is very bad because the quality of food is very bad. The campus is very good. A canteen is available but is expensive.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, and their teaching is average. They are very less in number. Some students are made industry-ready. Exams are very difficult because the exams are conducted strictly.
Other: Campus life is very good.

4Placements5Infrastructure5Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life4Value for Money
The college provided good placements in 2018 and has good infrastructure.
Placements: Newton's college provides a minimum of 60% placements every year. In this year, they provided 90% placements, and in the previous year, they provided 100% placements. The highest salary package offered for placements is 6.0 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. They offer network admin, developer and tester oriented jobs. Almost 50% of the students get internship opportunities every year. The highest stipend offered is Rs. 9,000 per month and the lowest stipend is Rs. 3,000 per month.
Infrastructure: In Newton's college, Wi-Fi facility is available with a minimum speed of 2 Mbps. Labs have a very attractive environment and are very clean always, and they use the updated version systems for work. The library has all types of books with new additions. The college encourages sports every time, and they conduct sports during every event. Quality food is available in the canteen.
Faculty: The faculty members are friendly in the class and also during labs sessions. If you don't finish the given work, then they will punish you. They are at least qualified with M.Tech. Here we can get knowledge and achievement medals. Faculty members teach subjects through real-time examples.

The college is very beautiful. Faculty members are good.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. Last academic year, almost 10 to 15 drives are conducted in college. Our seniors got selected in many companies. Almost 50 students got selected in campus drives. This year almost 20 students got placed in reputed companies.
Infrastructure: The college surrounding is enabled with Wi-Fi facility. Classrooms are average. The medical facility is also provided here. Sports are conducted in our college. College students also participate in other colleges or university. The quality of food served in a mess is normal.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful but not all branches. All faculty interact well with students. They are qualified and knowledgeable. The faculty ratio is normal. We have participated in three industrial tours. In Newton's, mechanical engineering is my choice.
Other: The college organises annual once in two years. They also conduct branch fest.
