NIT Andhra Pradesh offers several M.Tech specialisations, each aligned with the specific demands of the industry and research fields. The institute offers M.Tech in the following areas:

NIT Andhra Pradesh has not released the 2024 cutoff data for the M.Tech course. However, the GATE cutoff for NIT Andhra Pradesh in 2023, 2022 and 2021 can be different for each M.Tech specialisation and the candidates can be divided into different categories as well. The M.Tech course at  NIT Andhra Pradesh is offered in full-time mode for two years. The names of the subjects included in the first semesters of M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering are as follows:

NIT Andhra Pradesh offers 8 M.Tech specialisations, namely Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Computer Science and Data Analytics, Power Electronics and Drives, Advanced Communication Systems and Signal Processing, Thermal Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering, with a total of 10 seats for each specialisation.

For NIT Andhra Pradesh, the total tuition fee for the B.Tech course is INR 166,664, for students whose family income is between 1 lakh to 5 lakh. For below 1 lakh family income, the fees are charged less than 1 lakh for B.Tech admission at NIT Andhra Pradesh.
