Yes, NIT Andhra Pradesh offers an M.Tech course at the PG level. The MTech programme is offered for a duration of over two years in a full-time mode. To get admission into this PG course, aspirants must have completed a bachelor's degree in engineering or technology in a relevant field with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale. For the selection process of the course, the institute accepts the score of GATE, followed by CCMT counselling. 

MTech courses at NIT Andhra Pradesh are offered in full-time mode/ on-campus mode which means candidates are required to visit the institute for classroom lectures, practical sessions, and project work. To get enrolled in the regular M.Tech programme candidates are required to follow CCMT counselling because the institute follows the eligibility as per norms set by CCMT (Centralised Counseling for MTech).
