To get admission to a two-year MBA course at NMIMS Mumbai, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place to apply for the course. The minimum eligibility is to pass graudation with minimum 50% aggregate. As per the admission process, admission to MBA courses are offered through a valid score of NMAT entrance exam, which is conducted by the NMIMS. Moreover, a group discussion and a PI round is conducted for the final selection for candidates.

No, students can not get direct admission in NMIMS Navi Mumbai. The university accepts students purely on an entrance basis for most of its courses. Students also have to appear for the competence tests and PI.

SBM NMIMS offers admission in MBA programme based on NMAT scores of the candidates. In the 2024 NMAT cutoff for SBM, the overall score requirement was 248 and above. The cutoff score was same as 2024 in 2023 as well for General All India Category. Below is the NMAT cutoff for last three-years for SBM NMIMS MBA:

SBM NMIMS classrooms have display screens and have electronic board facilities and various other public address systems. Candidates seeking admission to the NMIMS School of Business Management PhD course must have passed a Master's degree or a professional degree declared equivalent to the Master’s degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body, with a minimum aggregate of 55% or its equivalent.
