SBM NMIMS Mumbai Ph.D. Courses & Fees

NMIMS School of Business Management admission is entrance-based for most of the courses. Candidates seeking admission must visit the official website of the institute to apply online. NMIMS SBM only accepts NMAT scores for admission to the MBA courses, so students need to apply for NMAT first. In the next step, students need to register separately at the NMIMS University website. Registered candidates are then required to appear for the NMAT entrance test. Basis on candidates' performance in the entrance test, NMIMS SBM will release the merit list of selected students for the next round i.e. Written Aptitude Test (WAT) and Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD &PI) round. Selected candidates are then required to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats.

Candidates seeking admission to the NMIMS School of Business Management PhD course must have passed a Master's degree or a professional degree declared equivalent to the Master’s degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body, with a minimum aggregate of 55% or its equivalent. Executive PhD (Working Executives /Teaching faculty) will require at least 5 years of full-time work experience. Candidates appearing or awaiting for final year result are not eligible to apply.

NMIMS SBM Mumbai offers 120 seats to PG Diploma program. The distribution of these seats is done based on students performance on an essay test and personal interview. Students must also note that before mentioned seat intake is as per official sources. However it is subject to change.

SBM NMIMS shortlists candidates for the interview process for MBA based on their NMAT scores. Candidates seeking admission in Part-time MBA or PG Diploma need to pass an essay test to get shortlisted for the interview process. Once the candidates pass all the rounds of selection, they are offered seat in the institute.
