B.Tech. in Civil Engineering - Batch of 2019

My college is better than other colleges in all aspects.
Placements: Placement drives for our batch are going to be conducted next year but my senior batch got placements this year. Almost 20% of students were placed, and the highest salary offered is 3 lacs per annum. Three national and multinational companies visited the campus for placements. They conducted direct interviews and selected the students.
Infrastructure: The campus is fully equipped with Wi-Fi. There are smart classrooms, digital library, better quality labs like a computer lab, transport labs, soil labs, survey labs, chemistry lab, etc. Good quality of food is available in the campus canteen. There are around 300 hostel rooms which are fully air-conditioned.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, experienced and knowledgeable. Latest and better teaching techniques are used for teaching. The faculty to student ratio is 1:20. We get industry exposure. Our college faculty members are very hardworking and I am proud of them.

My graduation event from OM GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS.
Placements: They will insist to do in college training and placement will luckily you will find. Some engineering student would have maximum package of 3lpa. Never think you will get the job by campus placement so you have go outside campus for placement. I am just talking about B.Tech. Other courses just like MBA B.Com Polytechnic. I don't know about it.
Infrastructure: No doubt they have beautiful, well designed, and fully fledged buildings. About library this is on 3rd floor without any A. C. and Lift facility so you will also skip to go there. Canteen food is moderate you can find there some cold drink and wafer there not so much options to eat. Campus not have the Wi-Fi facility
Once you entered the college they will open the GATE after 5 pm for, it's sounds a jail type environment created for students.
Faculty: The faculty are not so helpful, they have not mature about the student teacher relationship. In knowledge criteria you will, they are also underprivileged not so well qualified and experienced such as reputed colleges. They don't have any industrial exposure and any contact from industrial estate. The teaching methods are very rude. You can't questions any things else which is out of syllabus boy use full in practical life.

Dissatisfied because of faculty, placement is not good, sports and medical facility are also bad.
Placements: The placement in this college is not good. Some companies come here but the companies who come there was not any big and better company. At 21/03/2018 six companies visited to this college for the placement. The name of some companies are Airtel, FACE, UAA and other companies. Some students were selected from management.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this College is not bad but also not much better. The Wi-FI facility is available there. There are wi-fi from jio company who gives 1GB per day on per free on per mobile num from any network. There are good lab facility. Internet lab is available in all branches. Nice classrooms There. Sports and medical facility is very bad.
Faculty: The teachers were good till 2015 after that new teachers came who is not well qualified. Some of the teachers are only B.Tech holder they doing M.Tech from this college and teaching there. Some faculty members are good. One teacher is available for one subject in every stream and every semester but they don't have good knowledge and they don't know how to teach. So teaching facility is not good there.
Other: Events are held there such as fresher party, Farewell party, annual day and some times convocation. The convocation are done in 3 to 4 years. The campus Crowed is not good. There are students in good quantity only in civil and Mechanical. Campus is far from the Hisar. There is no any village or market at the out side of campus. There are only field surrounding the campus. The connectivity in students is not good. Scholarship is available there for the lower cast and the students from Jammu and Kashmir.

A good place to learn discipline with knowledge.
Placements: There were no placements on campus for my seniors, and even I was the only student from my batch who was selected for a job in Vista soft.com. But the college always tries to attract more companies for placement drive. The college always sends students of the college to other for the off-campus drive.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi facility is available all the time. The classrooms are quite good. There are sufficient computers in a lab to attend 3 class at a time. The infrastructure wise it is also good and classy. The canteen can be better with the better place. The library is also good, but all the books are not available.
Faculty: Our senior teachers were very good. They have full-fledged knowledge in their respective field and practically too. But sometimes there is lack of confidence and experience with guest teachers. Overall, we can say the faculty is quite good and helpful.

Dissatisfied because of placements. Good infrastructure and decent facilities.
Placements: The placement was very poor. Only 4-5 students out of 55 were placed.
They got an offer of Rs. 10,000-20,000 per month. Only a few companies visited the campus. The average stipend was Rs. 15,000.
As no one got an internship, only theoretical knowledge is provided.
This college is very backward regarding placement.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided to the students are fine. There is free Wi-Fi for students as well as for teaching and non-teaching staff.
Lab facilities are good, classrooms are fine, but medical facilities are slightly poor. Different sports and games are organized at college and intercollege level. The food provided by the canteen is very unhealthy, they only provide cold drinks, junk food, and tea. The hostel rooms are decent. There is no stationery or any other shop near the college, and the nearest one is 3-4 kilometers away.
Faculty: My experience with faculty is good.
They are helpful, understanding and well qualified.
They use teaching methods according to the level of students.
There is one teacher over 17 students.
But, we got no industrial exposure in 3 years of experience, there were no industrial visits in past 3 years. The course curriculum lacks industrial knowledge, and it only concentrates on exams, it was neither in great use nor worst.
Other: This college never misses any single chance of charging money from students. Usually, they charge for attendance, late fee submission, low marks in sessional exam, as well as on being seen out of class during the college time. Only teachers are understanding, neither college management nor administration is understanding. The library has a less variety and fewer books.

Om Institute of Technology and Management review. I gave my 4 year to college & it was good.
Placements: The placement is not good.
Only one call center job fair was arranged on the campus.
The college needs to improve the placements.
It also needs to provide training for the placements.
Infrastructure: The building structure is good.
Security is fine.
They need to work on the classrooms. The cafeteria needs more space than it has.
The classroom space is good.
The ground must be cleaned.
There's no place for playing basketball and other games. They need to improve facilities for physical activities in the college.
Faculty: Faculty members are good.
They have good knowledge and are very co-operative with the students. But only B.Tech degree holders taught the batches for B.Tech and that is where they need to improve.
All staff members are very nice.
The administration is very strict.
If you want to go home in the middle of the day, you need to waste 2-3 hours to take permission.
But I really appreciate the watchmen as they are very sincere in their work.
