Really good college, and the facilities are also good.
Placements: Most companies are visiting our college for placements. Before placements, the college provides placement training and conducts practice drives. Students can create their own projects and explain them; the projects are typically created in groups of four or five members.
Infrastructure: I am studying B.Tech in the IT department. The labs have better facilities. Also, classrooms are equipped with projectors to explain complicated lessons through a visual teaching method. In the library, coding books are available. Canteen food is excellent.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and skilled. The teaching methods are good. Industrial visits to companies are conducted once every year. The passing percentage for semester exams is 50%, and internal marks are based on attendance, assessments, etc.
Other: In this period, coding many projects and creating new apps are my interests, so I selected this course.

Paavai College and its placements.
Placements: In my college, 80% of students are placed at the average package of 3.5 LPA. Most of the students got internships in top companies. During my college placements, IT companies are very low in count. Top companies visited during the placements are Hexaware, HCL Technologies, Tech Mahindra, etc.
Infrastructure: My college campus has a good infrastructure and a clear view. In my department, labs are well-maintained by faculty members. There are 3 cafeterias available on my college campus with food and snack items. I am a day scholar and I am not sure about hostel. But rooms are very spacious and clean.
Faculty: In my department, faculty members are supportive of the students who want to learn about the technology. Before the end semester examination, they will conduct 3 internals which make students get good marks in end semester examination. Pass percentage is 50%.
Other: My college cultural and events are celebrated grandly. It will be celebrated for 2 days of events. Most of the students participated and won the events. My college will arrange for the scholarships who are eligible for it.

Placements: Placements for the IT department were 100% the previous year. Many MNCs visit the college to conduct placement drives. Many students are placed in different companies and different places. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month.
Infrastructure: The campus environment is good, surrounded by greenery. Hostel rooms are good and neat. Facilities provided in hostels are good. There are separate blocks for every department. Laboratories are good. The college is good in terms of infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty members are friendly. They are highly knowledgeable and doctorate holders. Teaching skills are good. They teach using easy methods and make students understand the concepts in a simple way. They have good technical and non-technical skills.
Other: The college has a Microsoft innovation centre.

Review about Paavai Engineering College.
Placements: More companies like Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Information View and more IT core companies offer job opportunity to the students of our college. Last year, almost 1800 students got placed in different companies. The college is in 7th position in placements.
Infrastructure: The campus is around 300 acres infrastructure, and there are three engineering colleges on the campus. Those are polytechnic college, art college and paramedical college. There are more than 150 buses for student comfort, and there are more than 1500 professors in the college. There is a department head for each branch to maintain.
Faculty: In our department, there are more than ten staffs and one head of the department. Each faculty take care of every student with their marks curriculum. There are regular tests conducted like cyclic, internal and model exams in the college. The re-tests are also conducted in the college.
Other: There are many technical events like national level technical symposium workshops conducted in the college.

Placements: Last year, 1870 students got placed in the campus placements. Almost 85% of the students got placed in the college placements. The highest salary offered was 6 LPA, the lowest was 1 LPA, and the average was 3 LPA. Companies like Ford, Volkswagen, Nokia, and TCS visited the college to hire the students. My college got the best Internshala innovator award. Around 50% of the students got internships.
Infrastructure: High-speed network is available in the college. Well-structured classrooms, smart library, 24-hours medical facility, etc., are available in the college. They give more importance to sports and games. All the labs are well-structured, and the quality of labs is very good. Hygienic food is available in our canteen. The hostel rooms are very beautiful. I haven't faced any issues regarding the infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty members in the college have only more than two years of experience to teach. Their teaching is very good, and it was easily understandable by the students. The interaction between students and teachers is friendly. Many industry persons visit our college and share their experience.
Other: Our college organises a national level symposium. E-cell, Microsoft innovation centre and Wipro 10 mission are in our campus
