Overall, my college is amazing. Faculty is amazing. It has a supportive environment.

Placements: 40-50% of students are placed in my course because my course is quite popular. The highest package is up to 6 LPA. The average package is 3.5 LPA. The lowest is 2.5 LPA. Zamstars and various NGOs are the top recruiting companies. Policy Research Associate is one of the top roles offered in think tanks and NGOs.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is amazing. It looks really good and well-maintained. Labs are very well-maintained. The canteen is really affordable and spacious. If I talk about the food, it is honestly amazing. The library has a very peaceful study environment and a well-arranged seating area.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and qualified. They are approachable too. They explain concepts very clearly. They also help with doubts. The teaching quality is up to the mark. They share both practical and theoretical knowledge. The curriculum provides the foundation for higher studies.

Amazing environment. Frank, kind, and helpful seniors and faculty.

Placements: The PGDAV Placement Cell is quite proactive. It often organizes annual internship fairs, resume building workshops, and training sessions. Placements are highly favorable for Commerce (B.Com Hons.) and specific Science paths. But for Arts students, the only work is from off-campus sources. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Many companies also visit the college, like Amazon, EY, and Bank of America.

Infrastructure: I love the library of my college. Wi-Fi has also recently been repaired and is working very well. The infrastructure is also amazing. I don't live in the hostel. I live in a PG nearby. Canteen's food is amazing and affordable. I don't know much about the sports facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful, frank, and knowledgeable. My curriculum is relevant. My syllabus is fully appropriate for the GS papers of UPSC. The syllabus is very helpful for future initiatives if we read it correctly. Teachers also provide us with various resources. Semester exams are not so hard. They are okay. I got a 7.64 SGPA, so I think it is okay.

Other: As a student of the BA Programme (History + Political Science), I love my course, and it is amazing to read about. Faculty also gives us not only AI-based assignments, but they send us to some areas where we can learn things for real, like the PM Museum and Gandhi's handlooms in CP. Events and fests are also very enjoyable.

Faculty and the knowledge are great.

Placements: About 70% of the seniors in my course got placed in renowned companies like EY and Google. The average package was 7 LPA. The highest package was around 15 LPA. The top company recruiting in my course is EY. Almost all students got internships this year. The roles offered are Financial Analyst, Financial Manager, Data Entry Operator, and Human Resource Manager.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is nice. There are a lot of classrooms, eliminating last-minute hassles. Labs are air-conditioned. The library has almost 1,50,000 books to offer to readers. Although the college does not have hostel facilities. We can find PGs and hostels around the college because of its good location. The canteen is above average. We can find nice food at a reasonable cost. We have a sports room and a game room where we can play some sports or indoor games for mental well-being.

Faculty: Teachers at our college are very helpful. They are qualified and knowledgeable. They are always ready to help every student if needed. The curriculum offered is relevant. It enhances our skills and knowledge. Apart from the course curriculum, we also get practical knowledge. The semester exams at the college or university are very decent, so we can pass the exams with flying colours if we study a bit.

Other: I chose this course because of the industrial exposure that I wanted to get. The best thing about this course is that teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. However, there are some flaws as well. If we get more practical exposure than theoretical knowledge, we can be industry-ready before being exposed to the economy and the corporate world. That would help us a lot in interviews. If this can be corrected, that would be helpful for all the students and the teachers as well.

A decent college with good academics and a friendly environment.

Placements: I don't have a proper idea about that, but I think that there must be a 40% to 50% chance of getting placement in my course. As my course provides an opportunity to study different subjects like Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc. At the same time, the chances for placement also increase.

Infrastructure: We don't have a hostel in college, but the college canteen is very good and pretty affordable. The college infrastructure is quite good. Labs and the library are fully equipped. The canteen and library are very spacious. Around 100–120 students can sit at a time, which is very good.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and very knowledgeable. They help students a lot. The semester exams are of moderate level. They do make students industry-ready. Professors of our college are very knowledgeable. That's why they have very good teaching quality.

Other: I have chosen this course because it provides knowledge about very different subjects like Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc. The fests and events are very good. Also, the connectivity to the college is very good.

Good DU brand, affordable education, with decent placements, good faculty, and a good campus life.

Placements: To be very honest, only 20-25% of students were placed in my course. The highest package was 5.4 LPA. The lowest was 3.5 LPA. Most students easily got an average package of around 4.5 LPA in B.Com (Hons). Students were recruited by good companies like EY, Deloitte, BDO, and HCL. Around 30% of students got internships in KPMG, Paytm, Policybazaar, etc. The top roles offered in B.Com (Hons) were Accounts Executive, Management Trainee, Tax Associate, Sales Executive, etc.

Infrastructure: The college provided decent facilities. It had a spacious library and a big playground for many sports like cricket, volleyball, and basketball. The college had a fairly big canteen. Students could easily sit and eat their food calmly. The food quality was also good enough. Infrastructure of the classrooms was not up to the mark. Benches were very old and needed to be replaced. Otherwise, everything was good.

Faculty: Teachers were highly qualified and helpful. Their teaching quality was truly appreciable. However, some teachers were absent many times or did not attend classes. The course curriculum was quite relevant. Through which students could easily become industry-ready if they attended the classes dedicatedly. The semester exams were not that difficult. Many students easily passed the exams with the help of 10-year books. The course had a passing percentage of almost 95%.

Other: I had always been interested in commerce subjects, which is why I chose this course. The best things about this course were a good foundation in accounting and placement opportunities. It paired well with professional courses like CA, CS, MS, etc. The college should have focused on crowd management because many local students created chaos for outsiders. The classroom infrastructure also needed improvement. The college regularly provided internship opportunities, extracurricular activities, fests, and various events. There were many societies available for students. They could join according to their interests, like music, nukkad, dance, etc. The metro station was only 100 metres away, which helped with connectivity.

From my point of view, PG DAV College is overall very good. Students can go for it.

Placements: About 70% of students get placed in my course. The highest package offered in my course is about 12 LPA, the lowest package is about 2 LPA, and the average package offered is about 5 LPA. About 40–50% of students get internships in Economics. The top roles offered in this course are related to economics and management.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is, on average, very good compared to other Delhi University colleges. We have Wi-Fi connectivity, good labs, nice classrooms, and a good library. My college is near a metro station, which is very convenient for students. However, there is no hostel facility in my college. In sports, our college performs well every year.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Whenever anyone gets stuck with anything, our teachers are always ready to help. Every semester exam is a little difficult, and the questions are of good quality. The passing marks are 40%.

Other: I chose this course because I am preparing for the UPSC examination. Political Science and Economics play a major role in UPSC preparation.
