It is good for sports management quota, and the teachers are supportive and qualified.
Placements: About 10% of students are placed. The average package is around 7-9 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Reliance, Airtel, etc. In my college, for the B.Sc. Hons Statistics course, only 10% are placed. The best course is B.Com (Hons) in our college. Here, the maximum number of companies visit.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite far from the main college, as it is on the off-campus of DU, and it is good. The network issue is the main problem here, and there is Wi-Fi in parts of the system. It is good for the labs and the library, and overall for the college. The classrooms here don't have AC.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in our college, and they are well-qualified. All teachers are Ph.D. holders, and they have done a great job. The teachers explain in very simple and easy language so that every student can understand. They also help in academics by telling the important questions for the test and analyzing them. They also tell us how to study and when to study. In the classroom, they also speak about the important topics that may come in practicals and other examinations. The semester exams are quite difficult.
Other: I have chosen this course because it is good, and I want to go into the corporate sector. In BSE Statistics, I have great knowledge. BSE Statistics is a subject I have an interest in, and it is a booming field in mathematical science. BSE Statistics is also quite beneficial for improving my skills. It is always known for its extracurricular activities in our college. Many film actors, football players, cricket players, even Ranji Trophy players, and national players have come from our college.

Good department of statistics, mixed crowd, and college life experience.
Placements: PGDAV college comes in the top 3 best colleges for the course B.Sc. (H) Statistics. University of Delhi itself is known to have one of the best Statistics department after ISI, but the faculty here is very supportive and are studious and serious. The majority of the undergraduates go for Masters (which is not in PGDAV), so placement is something we do not look forward to.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are not provided at this south campus college. However, a lot of PGS are available within walking distance. Charges are nominal, depending on your accommodation (AC/non-AC). College infrastructure has improved quite a lot in the past year, along with a lot of greenery.
Faculty: The University of Delhi provides top-class, experienced faculty, especially the Department of Statistics in PGDAV College, which is renowned and experienced. The curriculum is designed by the university itself and has nothing to do with the college individual. The same goes for the examination, which is held at the university level.
Other: Campus can be better, but as of 2024, some infrastructural development has been made, including painting of the building and camera installation. Considering the fact that this college is pretty political, expect a mixed crowd.

Very satisfied with the faculty, library, canteen, and play ground.
Placements: The placement ratio at our college is low. But yes, some students got placed with a very high package of around INR 40 LPA. But this course has a huge scope for the future. Through this course, we can work in a variety of government sectors. There are very high packages in this course after the Masters.
Infrastructure: The labs and library of our college are too. Our library has a huge number of books. We can issue books of our courses as well as other books, novels and many more. There are many teams at our college too. There are many national players on our cricket team.
Faculty: The faculty of our college is too supportive. They are very friendly in nature. The faculty is highly qualified and experienced. Regular tests are conducted. Semester exams were not that easy. The exam had a total of 160 marks, including internals, out of which we had to score 53 to pass the semester.

I would recommend students to join this college.
Placements: Our college has a separate placement cell. The average salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA - 15 LPA. The top recruiting companies were TCS, Wipro, American Express, etc. If students got a 7.5 CGPA with no backlogs then they are eligible for placements. Placement drives are also conducted in this college.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel in our college. There are 3 laboratories in this college. There are 60 computers in the laboratory. Our college has the biggest canteen in DU. There is a separate ground for volleyball and cricket nets are there for practice.
Faculty: Faculty members are very cooperative and highly qualified. There are two internal tests per semester. Semester exams are conducted strictly. By doing this course, you can make yourself job ready for the future in the IT field.
Other: Our college has many societies to organise regular debates, competitions, etc. Annual fest is also conducted in February.

Review of Pannalal Girdharlal Dayanand Anglo-Vedic College.
Placements: The highest salary package offered in the previous year to a student in our branch was 22 LPA. Around 40% of students sit for placements and others prepare for master's degrees or other things. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college does not provide a hostel so students have to look for other options for accommodation like PG, flats, and others which are available nearby. Labs are well-equipped with updated software to use for our analysis.
Faculty: Few teachers are very good at teaching and coordinating with students. Few of them teach well. In the 5th semester, time series analysis does not have fixed faculty members. Students cannot pass by studying a night before exams but if they attend classes regularly, they will be able to crack the exams efficiently.
Other: Fest conducted in our college can be improved. Our college opened in my 2nd year due to covid. Our college organises an inter-society event. Our college is one of the top 10 women's colleges at the university of Delhi. The campus crowd is appreciable. Students are very friendly.
