A balanced college with good facilities and infrastructure.

Placements: I am currently a fresher. So, I do not have enough first-hand information about the placement percentage, packages, or recruiting companies for my course. I have not yet reached the placement stage. So, I would prefer not to give any figures. I will be able to give an accurate review after gaining more experience with my course. I will also be able to understand its placement opportunities better.

Infrastructure: I have visited the college. I can say that it has good facilities such as classrooms, a library, computer labs, & sports facilities. The campus is clean and well-maintained. The infrastructure is good. It creates a comfortable environment for students.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and explain the topics very well. The course includes a mix of mathematics and other subjects. The syllabus is useful for building knowledge, but more practical learning could be added. The semester exams are based on the syllabus and can be handled with regular study.

Other: The fee was one of the reasons I chose this college, and I also like mathematics.

Perfect mix of good academics, active societies, and a huge sports ground.

Placements: Since I just took admission in the 2026 batch, my knowledge about placements is mostly based on what our seniors tell us. I hear that around 60–70% of students get placed in top companies like EY and Wipro, with the average package going up to 10 LPA. The placement cell is really active and regularly helps students grab good internships in roles like HR, auditing, and sales.

Infrastructure: Our college has a large computer lab and other labs, and all the computer work in the labs is done well. P.G.D.A.V. canteen is one of the cheapest canteens in Delhi University. Hygiene is also taken care of in the canteen.

Faculty: Professors are really qualified and super approachable whenever we need help with our doubts. According to our seniors, with the new DU syllabus, we will definitely need internships later to become fully industry-ready. Semester exams are pretty moderate. You can easily score well if you go through the previous 10 years' question papers. Our college has very good faculty, and all our teachers are also very good.

Affordable fees, highly qualified teachers, and great campus life.

Placements: Since I just took admission in the 2026 batch as a fresher, from what I have heard from my seniors, around 60 to 70 percent of students get placed in top companies like EY and Wipro. The average package is around 4–5 LPA, whereas the highest package is up to 10 LPA.

Infrastructure: The campus has a great vibe. It has decent classrooms and a good library. The Wi-Fi can be glitchy sometimes. I don't know about the hostel, as I am a day scholar. I think most of the outstation students live in nearby PGs near the college. The best part is that we have a huge sports ground. The canteen also serves really tasty food and snacks at such an affordable rate.

Faculty: Teachers here are very qualified and super sweet about clearing doubts. Well, as a fresher, I don't know much about the syllabus now, but I think for academics, I do not have to worry because of teachers. I haven't given my first-semester exams yet, but the seniors told me to be prepared for exams because most questions are repeated from the last 10 years' question papers.

Other: I chose B.Sc. Mathematical Sciences because it is a mix of Maths, Statistics, and CS. This is a perfect foundation for Data Science. The best part of PGDAV is the super helpful faculty, affordable fee, and proximity to the metro station. The campus crowd is energetic. Societies are also very active. I am also excited to attend the fest.

Good experience so far. I'm a fresher so I still have time to learn more.

Placements: I'm currently in my first year, so I don't really know much about placements in this college, but I'm hoping to know more about them. I have heard about top recruiting companies in my course, some of them are TCS, Reliance, Wipro, etc. I only know about these.

Infrastructure: I don't live in a hostel but talking about my course, it has very great facilities so far, and good infrastructure like the labs are air-conditioned. The fans in classrooms don't work that well. The Wi-Fi doesn't really work on campus. The library is good and quite big.

Faculty: Not every teacher but some teachers in my course are really great and helpful. They are highly qualified and teach really well. They have great experience in teaching. As far as I know, they are very interactive too. I don't know about the exams as I'm in the 1st semester.

Review of PGDAV College, University of Delhi.

Placements: It depends on the person. If he/she is hardworking, they'll surely get placed. The average package taken by my seniors is somewhere around 4.5–5 LPA. There are students and seniors who have taken more than that as well. Things are going well in our college.

Infrastructure: For the course, the infrastructure is very good. However, there is no hostel facility available. There are no future plans for such facilities, as far as I know.

Faculty: The faculty is great. The curriculum is strictly based on the New Education Policy. Exams are held twice a year, semester-wise. The curriculum is under the guidance of the New Education Policy. Teachers and faculty are great. The principal is very cooperative and a good listener.

A decent college with good academics and a friendly environment.

Placements: I don't have a proper idea about that, but I think that there must be a 40% to 50% chance of getting placement in my course. As my course provides an opportunity to study different subjects like Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc. At the same time, the chances for placement also increase.

Infrastructure: We don't have a hostel in college, but the college canteen is very good and pretty affordable. The college infrastructure is quite good. Labs and the library are fully equipped. The canteen and library are very spacious. Around 100–120 students can sit at a time, which is very good.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and very knowledgeable. They help students a lot. The semester exams are of moderate level. They do make students industry-ready. Professors of our college are very knowledgeable. That's why they have very good teaching quality.

Other: I have chosen this course because it provides knowledge about very different subjects like Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc. The fests and events are very good. Also, the connectivity to the college is very good.
