Overall, college is above average for me. I am experiencing a lot.
Placements: Students can get placement through college placement cells easily. Almost 60% to 70% of our college gets placed in our college. The average package of our range between 5 LPA-6 LPA and the highest package is 13 LPA from our course computer science hons.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good and it's clean. The labs are also good and they're well-equipped. Lab 12 and 11 are in better condition but in lab 15 systems sometimes don't work properly. Wi-Fi of the whole campus is trash except for lab 15 and EVS lab. I love the library its big and eqquiped with a lot of knowledge.
Faculty: The core subjects of our course have a big syllabus but it's pertinent to what we are studying. Subjects like VAC and SEC have nothing to do with our curriculum and they are worth enough. The semester exams are averagely difficult you must study to pass them.
Other: I wanted to study computer science more that's why I chose this course. The best thing about my college is its grounds and the garden. One thing it could improve is it's classroom.

Overall, a good experience in that college. Infrastructure is satisfactory.
Placements: Placement was overall average. The highest package from our course was 13 LPA. The average package is 6–7 LPA. Overall, most of the students get placed within the college. The students who want to get internships can easily get them through the college itself. Some of the companies that employed are Spinny.
Infrastructure: Canteen food is good and affordable. The workers take care of hygiene. Wi-Fi doesn't work properly, but the labs are well-equipped and accessible. I love the sports ground of the college, almost every match, be it football or cricket, takes place in the college ground itself.
Faculty: Students can easily pass the semester exams. The pass percentage is around 30. The teachers are good and experienced. They do their work on time. The course curriculum is okay, but the SEC and VAC are mostly a waste of time; they don't help much.
Other: I chose Computer Science because I wanted to learn more in that field. Events are average, but the second day of the fest was good. We enjoyed it.

Overhyped culture of PGDAV.
Placements: The companies that came for placement were mainly startups with less scope. The number of people offered placements was very low, and the packages offered were not up to par. However, the internships offered were fine and could be worked with.
Infrastructure: The laboratories and facilities were excellent. We were given proper classes in the labs and classrooms as per the schedule. There is no facility regarding hostels. However, there are 2 canteens in PGDAV and the food offered is reasonable and of good quality.
Faculty: The teachers available there are of all ages. Some of the teachers are very qualified, while others are just average. There are a lot of assignments that seem unnecessary at some points. The distribution of tests and exams is fairly okay, given enough time for preparation.

PGDAV (Pannalal Girdharlal Dayanand Anglo-Vedic College) college review.
Placements: The placement at PGDAV College is pretty good. There were companies with different profiles, mainly for the marketing department. Our college organizes an annual internship fair to provide internship opportunities to students of not only PGDAV College but of any college.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure for the computer science department is good. There is Wi-Fi connectivity across the campus. The computer labs are organized very well, and the computer also works just fine. The canteen of PGDAV College is one of the biggest canteens in DU.
Faculty: Teachers in the computer science department are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Some teachers have also done Ph.D.s, and some are pursuing them. The course curriculum is very relevant after the New Education Policy (NEP). The new curriculum is updated according to the computer science stream.

The harsh reality of PGDAV.
Placements: The placement cell is quite good.
The average package last year was about 7-8 lacs, and the internship stipend was around 25000. Around 70% of students got placements in every course.
I am aiming for an MBA so I have waited for any interview in the past.
But there was a mock interview series conducted by our placement cell where I went and that was really helpful.
There were teachers and they were explaining to us how to modify our answers according to the company and what we should learn more about.
Infrastructure: There is lack of internet connection in my college there is no network; we can't even make phone calls while on the college campus. Our labs have AC there is no hostel at our college.
The library is good, with a lot of books and stuff like journals, newspapers, and magazines .
Faculty: My faculty is really good and they are all Ph.D. holders and clear each and every doubt. My teachers are friendly and always ready to help and guide me further. Though there are some teachers who don't know how to teach, there are many good ones too.
Semester exams are not so difficult and almost 90% of the syllabus is always covered in our class.
Other: My batch is really nice but in the evening there are many departing students so I am not advising for the evening college.
Also, the politics at my college are so disgusting.
In our recent college fest, they just ruined our DJ night and we couldn't even enjoy our last fest.

Overall a good college with average placements.
Placements: College has an active placement cell which brings an ample amount of opportunities for commerce department students, but there are a very few opportunities for computer science students. Some notable names recruiting from the college are EY, De Shaw, HCL Tech, and DotPe.
Infrastructure: College offers good infrastructure for the students. 3 computer labs equipped with Wi-fi and ample amount of systems are available to computer science students as of now and one is under construction. The classrooms too are quite big and good. College has 2 canteens, both of which serve a great number of good quality food items at very low costs. And apparently one of the canteens is the biggest canteen among all the college canteens of DU.
Faculty: Teaching staff is really very good. You will find most of the teachers solving your doubts and problems at almost any time you ask. The course curriculum is very relevant to the industry but the curriculum alone can not make you job ready in the IT sector, you will have to do one or two specialisation courses from here and there to grab good opportunities. Semester exams are not so difficult if the student is consistent. Almost 95% of the students pass their exams without any re-exams.
Other: Best things about B.Sc. Hons CS is that the curriculum is very relevant to the industry. One thing is that it lacks and I would wish to improve is that there are no specialisation courses for placements in this course. There is a good amount of departmental and cultural societies that keep organizing fest and events. 2 corporate cells college has : Placement cell and Entrepreneurship cell. Some of the cultural societies are: stage play society, street play society, western music and dance, classical music and dance, debating society, etc.

Our college provides good facilities.
Placements: Around 70% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 17 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Zomato, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Accenture, Deloitte, etc. Around 60% of students got internships from our college in companies like Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides us with all facilities. Classrooms are average and not equipped with air conditioners. Labs are good and are Wi-Fi enabled. Our computer lab has laptops and PCs. Our library is huge and is filled with books. The hostel facility is not available in our college, but there are many PGs near our college. Our college has a huge canteen. The food served in the canteen is tasty and affordable. Our college provides sports facilities. Students can play many sports and games in our college like football, cricket, volleyball, table tennis, etc. A gymnasium is available for students.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They are kind and helpful. Their teaching quality is good. The course curriculum needs to be updated, and it does not make students industry ready. Semester exams are not difficult. Students can score a good CGPA by studying 15 days before exams.

Good facilities of metro. Average placement But best cultural societies.
Placements: The college placement is average but if you expecting a big company that is not the chance. You will get company like Deloitte, TCS or Wipro only with an average package of 4 Lacs only. And the internship related to the field is very low also. Also Wipro only offers 4 year integrated M.Tech programme in this college.
Infrastructure: The library and computer lab is good. But you didn't get any Wi-Fi. The ground is quite big and sports department is very goodAlso the building is average. But has one if the biggest canteen in Delhi university. But the main issue I give 3 star is that there is not any hostel in this college. You have to take PG outside the But this college has best cultural societies. College.
Faculty: The curriculum is good. Very supportive teachers. But the course curriculum is not industry level. As this is very old syllabus. But every college follow this so you have to work hard yourself to make yourself industry ready. The course is easy as per the syllabus.
Other: This college has best cultural society and very nearto metro station. Also this college is next to metro station and very good bus service that connect to the Delhi very easily.
