Patna Law College is located in Bihar, on the bank of the holy river Ganga; it was established in July 1909. The college offers LLB degree in law course i.e. at undergraduate level. The students are awarded with this degree after they complete all three law examinations LLB (part I, part II and part III) which are conducted by the University itself.

Course-wise eligibility:

Patna Law College was a government institution till 1^st January, 1952. The college has the oldest post-graduate department of Law in Bihar and Jharkhand. The Post-graduate Department of Law even has its own separate building. Every year, there are many events and programs arranged to engage the students and college staff. Patna Law College has got the privilege to organize All India Moot-Court competition sponsored by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi recently.
