In total, there is only the average campus placement, and the non-IT companies are a few, and hard to get placed.

Good college. You can join here.
Placements: I do not know much about placements as I am in the first semester, but I have heard from seniors that placements are very good here. That is one of the reasons I prefer this college over others.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is better at the RR Campus than it was a year. So, if anyone prefers infrastructure, then RR Campus is a better option. Infrastructure at the EC Campus is not as good. However, for medical facilities, the EC Campus is very good.
Faculty: Faculty is almost at the same level in both the EC and RR campuses, so there is no need to compare them. Both are good, so there is no need to worry about the faculty if you are planning to join PES University for B.Tech. Exams are among the most difficult aspects of this college.
Other: I chose this course because I did not get Computer Science Engineering here. I am from the KCET batch, so my seat is allocated according to my rank. I do not know what should be improved because I am in my first year right now, and the core subjects have not started yet. The fees are also lower compared to JEE or management quota batches. Overall, RR Campus is a good choice.

About PES Mandya consideration.
Placements: It does not have so good placements, companies come but at the end of the day, they can give maximum of 15 LPA - 20 LPA that too without recession period. If you want good placement from any college, you can go to Bangalore colleges at where companies come a lot so you can get opportunities a lot, not in Mandya. But here the fee is quite less compared to other colleges in Bangalore, if you are opting for something like civil, you can come over here.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is old but decent. It has projectors in classroom, and now new incubation center has opened where all PCs are iOS, and it comes with ACs in lab which work, if you sit directly in front of it. Hostel is okay but if you want North Indian food, sorry you must not expect that. We have sambhar all day in dinner even my South Indian friends do not like that.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. If you have doubts or anything they will clear them. Curriculum is a bit outdated for every course you opt for. Here, you can get CGPA above 8 if you studied in the last 6 hours before the exams so that's it. Paper is generally easy if you have trained for JEE and all.
Other: It's okay if you want a chill life, not so much strict about attendance.

People are good in my college, but the faculty members are very poor at explaining.
Placements: The placement is very low, and those who get placed get placed at 3.5 to 5 LPA. The best packages go for like 8 to 10 LPA, which is not so good. Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, and TCS are the main companies involved. There is a very low percentage of students who get real internships; most of them get them in their last year, just because. The students who get internships are the ones who get it based on their skills and themselves through the connections they make at events. SDE, UI/UX Developer, and Data Science will be offered when we graduate.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi, labs, and a library, but they are not much use because they are just to clear your syllabus. However, there is a new lab with Mac machines, which are good, and we have done iOS classes there. The food is average for morning and afternoon, but very bad for night. Only 2 chapatis in the afternoon. The canteen is open till 5.
Faculty: Teachers are not effective in my department; they are qualified but can't teach well. Most of them just speak in Kannada and then leave. However, we get notes for everything before exams, and getting a good score in the exam is very easy, so exams are good. The course doesn't make you placement-ready; not all of it.
Other: There are good events, and you can build a good network here; that is for sure.

Our college is currently decent in every aspect.
Placements: Placement is not that good. It is a little decent. The average package is around 3–4 LPA. The companies are also decent, mostly mass recruiters. Companies like Cognizant and other small ones come. So, please just enjoy and don't expect big packages from this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and appealing. It also looks old. It was built in 1962. Shankra Gowda is the founder of this trust. The infrastructure looks old and is not that modern. They have just painted the walls. The hostel is not that good.
Faculty: Exams are generally good and based on the syllabus and study material. But sometimes they set very hard exams that even the whole class can fail. They make money by failing students in exams. So if you study well, you can survive and do your best in college. Otherwise, no.
Other: CSE is a good and all-around branch.

Life in PES College of Engineering, Mandya.
Placements: As in any college, the number of placements has decreased in our college too, still there are a few who are getting placed in good companies like Capgemini. Many are placed in TCS and many more. Placement department is conducting new programs like Super 100, iOS training, and many more programs to train students for placements.
Infrastructure: Department is good the intake is 60 per year in ISE, and facilities are also good. Wi-Fi facility is provided throughout our campus, little problem with it in the hostel. Library is also good, we can take 3 books from there at a time. Canteen is average. Hostel is not so good for non-native students because most of the dishes are local food itself, and the rooms are average.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful about the curriculum and exams. Some of them have a good knowledge of the topics and beyond the curriculum also they help us in building projects and conduct training for students. Semester exams are a bit difficult because a lot of questions are asked which are objective and correction is done very strictly.
Other: Events like Pesco and Kannada Kalotsava are held. It will be a grand celebration, but unfortunately this year they do not do Pesco for some reason.

The college has good placements and is well-maintained.
Placements: I think it may be 100%. The highest package is 40 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. The top recruiting companies include Infosys, MNCs, etc. Around 70% get placed in internships. The top roles offered are in Robotics, VLSI, and Embedded Systems. Students who get placed in this course have high-paying jobs.
Infrastructure: Facilities in our department are good. The classrooms are well-maintained. Labs are well-established. The hostel is also good, but the food is not as much as I want. The sports facilities are very good. The canteen on campus is well-maintained. We also have medical facilities in our college.
Faculty: Faculty is very helpful and well-qualified. The teaching quality is good. The course is very important for future technologies and students ready for industrial work. The exams are not very difficult, and if we study well, we can get good placements through this college.
Other: I chose this course to get placed in VLSI companies that make semiconductor chips.
