This is the best college in Navi Mumbai.
Placements: Offers strong placement support with top recruiters visiting campus annually. Placement cell provides training, resume help, and mock interviews. Many students secure jobs in reputed companies with a competitive package.
Infrastructure: Pillai College of Engineering boasts modern infrastructure with well-equipped labs, smart classrooms, a vast library, a Wi-Fi-enabled campus, and dedicated space for sports and cultural activities. Hostel and cafeteria facilities add to a comfortable student experience.
Faculty: Best faculty, Pillai College has experienced and supportive faculty, many with advanced degrees and industry exposure. They are approachable, encourage student interaction, and use practical teaching methods to bridge academic concepts with real-world applications.

The college has good infrastructure and good placements.
Placements: There are more students in CE than in other branches. The highest package is 32 LPA, and average package is 4 LPA. TCS is top recruiting company. Placement cell is good. But only a high CGPA doesn't give you a job, you need to do internships and other courses too.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The campus is quite pretty. Hostel is also good but meal have some problems. Firstly you will find the food good but later you start avoiding it only breakfast and dinner are provided no lunch. Don't know about medical facilities, no washing machines.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching is very good. The course is good. It makes students industry ready and other courses offered by NPETL help them learn more. Semester exams are a little difficult and 40% is a passing percentage.

Really need to work upon the curriculum.
Placements: The placement structure actually is still very new for me, as it's just my first year in college. But I do have knowledge about it. The average package is about 3 LPA, and the highest was about 5-6 LPA. Many companies, such as Accenture, Microsoft, etc., have joined in.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very much excellent; in fact, I really like it. But something needs to be done for the classes. It's very comfortable honesty in those steaming classes. Either the facilities are very great, such as the library and labs. The food is really great, and I really like it. Very hygienic and clean. Many sports, such as badminton, cricket, and football, are available to participate in.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful in every way, but of course not every student is seen as that great. The curriculum is pretty much the same, which is being repeated for years now. The exams are pretty difficult and need to be taken seriously. The pass percentage is the same as before: 35 percent.
Other: This course was a bit interesting from my point of view. That's why I have chosen this specific course. Events are never disappointing at Pillai's, because the biggest events and fests take place here in comparison to other colleges.

It has a good crowd and campus placements.
Placements: Since I am in my first year itself, so I don't know much about placements but according to my seniors, the placement structure is pretty decent and many companies visit our college. The minimum package is 4 LPA and the highest package offered till now is 32 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is posh, clean, and attractive. Classrooms are just like normal school, college classrooms. The library of the Commerce section is fully air-conditioned. The canteen provides hygiene and decent food. Instead of the canteen, we can call it a restaurant as it provides almost everything.
Faculty: As of the first year for me, the teaching quality is good. Teachers are very helpful to everyone. They also give personal attention to each kid and never hesitate to solve queries and doubts of students. All teachers till now are friendly to us.
Other: I chose B.Tech. in Electronics and Computer Science Engineering course. I chose this course because this course provides the information, knowledge, and skills for both the courses of Electronics and Computer Science. If we talk about the fests, no doubt Pillai College of Engineering organised one of the greatest fests in the whole of Maharashtra.

Love for college: Campus to corporate.
Placements: I guess 70% of students get placed in TCS, Capgemini, Reliance, etc. The roles are software developers, front-end developers, and testers. The highest package this year is about 14 LPA, and the average is near about 5 LPA. College does support every student to get an internship in their last year, and there is a good TPO that works for the students.
Infrastructure: Our college is well maintained, the classrooms hold a good space, proper benching is there with a projector in every class, and labs are modern-day updated. The hostel is good in terms of cleanliness, it is about 3 km from the college. It is located in a good location, has good security, and all-time clean.
Faculty: Teachers are too good and supportive to be honest, that is why I applied to this college. Exams are a bit complex, making students ready to face any challenge. The academic year is well structured; we have three exams in one semister, which include internal assessments 1 and 2 with final exams.
Other: I was fond of tech and computer science, this keeps us updated in day-to-day tech. I would like to go deep into knowing AI, ML, and cybersecurity.

College organises great events and infrastructure, but placements disappoint.
Placements: Only 10% of students are placed in B. Tech Electronics and Computer Engineering batch 2024. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA and the lowest salary offered is 2 LPA. Top recruitment is from Vodafone India. Roles offered are software developer, data analyst, and cloud developer.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are average, while labs and libraries are beautiful places. No Wi-Fi is provided in college. Campus is also awesome. Pillai College is famous for Algeria, a big event. Quality of hostel is not up to the mark due to food. Medical facilities are not provided in college. Sports like football, volleyball, and badminton are popular in our college.
Faculty: Some teachers are knowledgeable, approachable, and excellent support. But, most lacked engagement and practical teaching methods, which affected overall academic experience. Curriculum was theoretically relevant, covering essential concepts, but practical applications and industry-aligned training are lacking. This created a gap between academic learning and industry requirements, leaving students less prepared for real-world challenges. Semester exams were relatively easy, with a focus on straightforward concepts. Pass percentage of 75% reflected a fair evaluation system, but ease of exams didn't challenge students to develop critical problem-solving or technical skills effectively.
