Very good institute for the BBA course.

Placements: Pioneer Institute is one of the best college in terms of placements. 40-45 percent of students gets successfully placed in our course. The highest package offered was 9 LPA. The lowest package offered in our course was 2.3 LPA. Average package offered in the course was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies in our course were GAMMASTACK, Codiant, Fullertone, The People etc. Top roles offered in the course was HR, CRM etc.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure for our course was good at the Pioneer college. Department for our course was having all the necessary facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, library, canteen etc. For the students. Hostel facility of the college was also good. Food available in the mess and canteen was good.

Faculty: Faculty of the college was helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality of the college was good. This course curriculum of our college was relevant. College course curriculum makes the students industry ready. Semester exams of the college were of normal difficult for BBA course.

It is a good college if you want to focus on some other exams.

Placements: Placements in our college are not up to the mark. The highest salary package offered in the year 2018 for BBA was 2 LPA. The highest salary package offered for MBA was 4.9 LPA. There is no 100% placement assurance. In fact, there are only a few students who got placements. Students get an internship if they want, and the college mostly provides it. The college provided internships in various specialisations such as HR, marketing and finance in places like Sayaji Hotel, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was mediocre and not up to expectation. Classrooms are average, the library is nice, medical facilities are okay, sports and games are not as they show us. There is limited scope for sports and games. The computer labs are very nice. However, there is a slow Wi-Fi connection. The canteen needs to improve, and there are very fewer options available.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and have a piece of good knowledge of the subject. They teach very nicely and give their best to help the students. There are almost 20 faculty members, and there are around 500.

Other: The experience is Ok. This college is not up to the mark in quality of teaching. Lab instructors do not teach well. Classes are not conducted as per schedule. Placement is pathetic and no good companies visit the college. Majority of the placements happen in pool campus in some other college, where preference is given to their college students. Pre-placement preparation is also unsatisfactory.
