Situated in Indore, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University of Social Sciences (BRAUSS) is a state university which was established in 2016 by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. It is recognised as the first ‘University of Social Sciences’ in the country and has gained approval from the University Grants Commission (UGC) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
It offers five courses at UG, PG and doctoral level in the field of Arts & Humanities, Business & Social Sciences, Language & Cultural, Medicine & Health, Engineering, Science & Technology, among others. BRAUSS Admission Process
The procedure to apply for BRAUSS admission 2021 is conducted in both online as well as offline modes. Candidates seeking admissions to various programmes offered by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University of Social Sciences must qualify certain criteria as detailed below:
- MSc, MPhil and PhD: Admission to these programmes is based on a candidate’s score in the entrance test conducted by the University
- MA: Admission is granted based on marks in the previous qualifying exam i.e. Bachelor’s degree
