It's not possible on just the basis of your 12th board results.

You should have 60% in 12th and must appear for atleast one entrance exam like Kcet Comedk or Jee main.

Even for management seat you must appear for one of these exams but here ranking doesn't matter under this quota.

B.E. / B.Tech (17 Courses)	INR 1.28 L - 10.46 lakh
M.E./M.Tech (15 Courses)	INR 2 L - 14 lakh
