The best journey still has a place in my heart.

Placements: Placements are amazing try to grab internship at good organization. There are 90% chances that you will be hired by that company. EY, Nissan, Tata Elxsi, Deloitte, Kalki Tech, etc. are the top recruiters. Not all students are placed but the chances are high for placement. I get internship In Tata Elxsi, they found me good and offered me a full-time job, which I accepted. Packages are different for all companies. 4.4 LPA packages are mostly offered, and the highest is 12.5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The college environment is relaxing and clamorous. Sadly, classrooms do not have AC; college infrastructure is like a big beauty. For enjoyment, activities, trips, and visits are not organized; they are only focused on study. The college library book collection is huge and quiet. The only disappointing facility is Rajagiri. The hostel is expensive but the quality is good. Hostel rules are strict, and the warden is not letting anyone roam. Adjusting to college takes some time. Sports departments are very neglected in college; expect football field sports infrastructure to need big changes.

Faculty: Professors qualifications are somewhere around M.Tech. CS or higher from big institutes like NIT and IIT but they are very boring. Some students slept during their lectures. I feel teaching is not their passion; it is just a 9-to-5 job for them. M.Sc. CS (DA) is a newly introduced course that is a mixture of CS and data analytics and is more advanced than CS. Adding DA gives extra subjects like analytics and data cleaning but they are useful in industries. Semester exams are hard as the college is partnered with MG University.

Other: The course is demanding and it is better than a normal CS course, which led me to choose this course. I wish some things, like an expensive fee, would be better.

I am extremely satisfied with excellent placements and dedicated faculty members.

Placements: Placement assistance is excellent. I was able to get placed in one of the top analytics companies, LatentView Analytics as a senior data analyst. College has a track record of 100% placements for students with no backlogs. Students have multiple offers. The salary package ranges from 3.6LPA to 12 LPA. Placement cell works meticulously to ensure that all students are equipped to handle the placement process. They gave us training on aptitude and communication to improve. There are group discussions and mock interviews to help us face with confidence.

Infrastructure: College provided the necessary infrastructure. We had to attend most of the classes online which were not able to utilise fully. Labs were excellent with all necessary programs installed and a lab in charge for each lab who help us.

Faculty: The course curriculum is designed to get a good understanding of the basics of Data Analytics. The curriculum covers topics like Statistics SQL, Visualisation Techniques, and Data Mining are the core subjects that any Data Analyst aspirant should know. Multiple projects are done each semester which further enhances our skillset as it involves using multiple industry-relevant tools and languages. Teachers provide excellent support by ensuring that the syllabus is covered completely and also put in extra effort to clearly and concisely explain core concepts. They also suggest multiple resources which can be referred to understand the concepts. Regular and timely assignments and exams help to assess the students understanding.

Other: Our college ensured a smooth and timely completion of the course. All exams and results were published as per the schedule. This helped us immensely during our placements.

Our college had good infrastructure and 100% placements in the year 2021.

Placements: I am happy to say that we had almost 100% of placements from our batch with a very good salary package. Many of them were in reputed IT companies and the highest salary package offered was nearly 11 LPA. They have various options and designations offered through this course. Mainly, we have data analyst, data scientist, web developer, programmer, and data manager.

Infrastructure: The college provided a very good infrastructure and we were also provided with a Wi-Fi connection on campus. We have main two cafeterias and some leisure time places to spend our free time with our friends. We had a good playground and two basketball courts.

Faculty: We had a very good course curriculum and well qualified teachers with the best skills and knowledge. The semester exams will be conducted with the duration of four to five months and we also have two internal assessments before a semester exam. Results were published within two weeks.

Other: The scope of the course was relevant and it was sure that we will be learning the best things for life from this college.

Our college has excellent placements, good infrastructure, and great faculty.

Placements: Our college provides excellent placement services to students. Ours was the first batch to pass out of the M.Sc. Data Analytics Course. Our batch had 100% placements, and the majority of the students passed out with multiple offer letters. Students were placed in different roles such as data analyst, sr. data analyst, data engineer, AI/ML developer, and software engineer. We have recruitment drives from MNCs like Infosys, TCS, IBM, Wipro, Zoho, and Allianz to different mid-sized companies. There were data science roles from companies like LatentView, Zoho, mind curve, Allianz, BestDoc, etc. The highest salary package students got this year was around 10-12 LPA. Starting from our 3rd semester of the Masters course, we are given dedicated training in preparation for the recruitment drive. We have weekly aptitude classes and tests, We are groomed and trained for interview preparation by trainers. We also receive mock technical and HR interviews from professionals from the industry, so that we will be better prepared to handle interviews.

Infrastructure: Our college provides the following infrastructure for students, like Free high-speed Wi-Fi for all students, multiple computer labs around campus, and Smart Classrooms. There is a dedicated library in our college. Also, the computer science department has a special book bank where students can borrow CS books. The accommodation in our college has both its men's and women's hostels close to the campus itself. The food in our college is good. We also have a mess, a canteen, and a bakery inside the college. We have a large football ground, multiple basketball courts, tennis courts, and a free gym. We also have a mill to print and bind books inside the campus. We also have dedicated exam halls for fair examinations.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were very dedicated and prepared well for the lectures. They give support and many opportunities to the students for their growth and development. They are friendly with the students and are open-minded. There are faculty members with many years of experience giving excellent classes. Our college updates the syllabus frequently in order to keep up with industry standards. The syllabus is prepared in such a way that the students will have the foundation for higher studies or for industry needs. For exams, any student can score really well if they are attentive in the classroom and read the reference text books in preparation for the examination. It's easy to pass the exams if you go through the material. We need to score at least a C grade in order to pass the examination. At least 70% will be a good grade to have to be eligible for most of the companies that come for placement drives.

Other: I chose this course because our college is one of the few colleges in Kerala that has a Data Analytics course. The Computer Science Department has a department club called CSTART where all the students in the CS department join together to do fun and educational activities together. The campus environment is calm and peaceful. Students are allowed to bring mobile phones to college, but they are only allowed to be used outside the college buildings and canteens.
