Content Writer, Civil Services, Human Resource Manager, Defense Services, Lawyer, Journalist, Counsellor, and Therapist positions are available. As freshers, humanities graduates can expect to earn between INR 2-6 LPA.

B.A.	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board.
B.Ed	Candidate must have completed Bachelor's Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanity/B.E/B.Tech with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with above mentioned marks from any reognised University/Institute.

Rajat Degree College courses are approved by eminent Government bodies such as NCTE. The combined seats available for various programmes provided by Rajat Degree College goes up to 200.

Humanities courses use interpretive approaches in which critical thinking is used to consider various ideas/ideologies.
