This college is overall good in terms of studies, events, and extracurricular activities.

Placements: In our college, around 50% of students get placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The average salary package offered in our college is 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies in our course are TCS and Intel. Approximately 50-60% of students get internships from our course at TCS and Intel. Top roles offered in our course by tech and accounting companies are entry-level and intermediate-level jobs.

Infrastructure: In this college, the infrastructure is very good. Students get a very big space for studying as well as for playing. There is a canteen facility and proper and clean washrooms for both boys and girls. The hostel facility in our college is closed due to some reasons, so students should hire PG rooms for themselves which can be easily available in the nearby locality. Medical facilities are excellent in our college for first aid. There are several events organised by our college and various games are included which is a very good thing about our college.

Faculty: Teachers at Rakesh College are very helpful and highly qualified. They are the main attraction of this college. Some teachers are Ph.D. holders, and the rest have master's degrees. They are very knowledgeable. The course curriculum is very relevant and makes students industry-ready with the help of a little practice. However, some exceptions are always there. Semester exams are not very difficult as students have to pass by scoring only 36% of marks in that particular exam.

Other: Students can easily participate in extracurricular activities. I chose the B.Sc course because I like the science behind everything and always wanted to study science in higher classes. The best thing about our course is that students only have to understand things and they can easily learn only by understanding and a little study at home. Things which can be better in our course is the syllabus can be reduced for the sake of students as it is very long to study. Events are often organised in this college and have a good campus crowd with decent connectivity with students and other colleges. This college provides scholarships to students with 90% of marks in the 12th standard. Mukhya Mantri Scholarahio Yojna is also implemented in our college. NCC and NSS are available in Rakesh PG College.

A college known for it's discipline.

Placements: Placement opportunities are quite good at this college. Each year, the college conducts YEP programs that bring in trainers from outside the college to help students prepare for corporate life. In addition, companies from all over India come to campus to interview and select candidates to fill their job openings.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure in the college is good. Classrooms are well arranged and the campus is full of greenery. The college authorities implant new plants, trees and herbs every year. The lectures from the professors are understood and because the professors are experienced and good in behavior, they know how to deal with the problems of the students.

Faculty: The teachers are well behaved, well educated and very experienced so that the students get benefitted by this plus point. They can shortly explain everything so that the student can easily understand anything in a short and easy way.

Other: The college I studied at is known for its discipline. Any other college in my town, Pilani, isn't like that. I had visited each and every college in my town for study purposes, but I didn't get that kind of environment anywhere. The environment of the college is too study-friendly.

I am dissatisfied with everything in college like faculty, infrastructure, and events.

Placements: There are no salary packages offered to any student. This college is only for students who want to complete his/her degree. This college is for students who only want to study by books. None of the companies ever visited this college for giving placements to students here.

Infrastructure: Games facilities are not provided. Infrastructure is not good as well. There is no canteen or park area. Neither we have a parking area. Washrooms are not good. No hostels are provided for students. If any student wants to participate in any university games then he/she has to prepare his own team and play with the name of the college. There is no coach for any game.

Faculty: Teachers here are not knowledgeable enough. Most of the teachers just read the books and copy-paste whatever is written in the book to the blackboard. Teachers are not good enough for a student who dreams of competitive exams. Here students can only score in graduation degree by memorising the books given by the college.

Other: I chose this course to be in Indian defense services. I think this college has to change its faculty of science to improve students' studies. There are no fests or events organised by the college. There is no connectivity. If you join this college you will feel like you have no freedom. It more feels like jail. You have to give tests every day, and it also has a dress code.
