It is an average college and needs more improvement.

Placements: It is an arts-based course. The college provides all courses. A huge amount of students get admission every year. Students get help and proper knowledge from teachers. After finishing the course, some students get a job, and many others prefer to study further.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, but some specific session needs to have improvements. Labs and library should be improved for students. Quality of food available in the canteen is good. Our college authority and students are interested in sports and games.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are quite helpful, and teachers are properly trained. They are qualified enough and try to teach students honestly. The course curriculum should be revised. Language and literature studies don't make students industry-ready.

Other: Students of our batch had an average percentage overall. Some of them have managed to get a job, and some are trying to get it. As I was fond of literature from my childhood, I always wanted to study literature, and I took admission in this college. The cultural sector is very good at this college. Students and authority organise fests, events and cultural programme together with great enthusiasm.

Review of Ranaghat College.

Placements: I am an english honours student. 30% of students were placed in my course. There is no official package offered in my course. There is no company recruitment for my course. No internship is mentioned in my course. By completing this course students graduate and get a Bachelor in Arts degree which helps them for further studies and to compete in examinations to get a job.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is pretty good. There are Wi-Fi facilities, projectors, and a matte white screen in every classroom for modern education. There is one library in the whole college and multiple auditorium halls. There are two labs on each floor and in every building. The whole college has one canteen. The quality of food is average. The cleanliness and hygiene maintenance is pretty good. There is a big yard in the middle of the college where many cultural programs are organised. In that field students also practice football and other sports under the observation of experts provided by the college.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, humble, and well-mannered towards the students. The teaching quality is impressive. Teachers help us with internal examinations. The college holds two-semester examinations every year. The supplementary exams are taken every year for the students who don't pass their examinations.

Other: I chose this course because I like to study literature, heritage, and culture. I think the syllabus and the time management for every semester's examinations should be improved by the authority. There are multiple programs held by the college every year for art and cultural improvements. There is a facility of many scholarships in this course.
